Home is located on a quiet dead end street, 1/2 block away from 26th Ave. beach, Moran Lagoon and Sunny Cove beach...nicest beaches in Santa Cruz! Located within walking distance to the best surf and bogey board spots in Santa Cruz, including Pleasure Point, The Hook and 26th ave.
The house features hardwood floors throughout, updated appliances, real wood fireplace to warm you up on cool central coast evenings. Our home sits on an oversized 6,500 square foot lot and features a spacious backyard complete with fruit trees, tropical plants, deck, hot outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and a 6 person hot tub. Wireless internet, 50” LCD big screen HD TV with Direct TV and DVD. House includes 3 adult and 1 children's beach cruiser for a true Santa Cruz beach cruiser experience.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has king size bed and features high vaulted ceilings and french doors leading out to a sunny ocean peek view deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen size beds. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed. There is a queen air mattress available if needed.

This amazing restaurant is a Santa Cruz landmark! It features a little red trolly that descends down to the entrance of the restaurant. It also has a great bar with fire place and live music on the weekends. About the owner: Our family has been fortunate to spend the last 16 years here in Santa Cruz. We spend much of our time at the beach, surfing, swimming and playing. This home has been perfect for us due to it's close proximity to the nicest beaches in Santa Cruz. Our favorite aspect of the home is the oversized SUNNY backyard that is always protected from the wind. It's a great environment to relax, have a Barbeque, hot tub or stargaze at night with family and friends.

When we bought the property 16 years ago we felt so fortunate to be able to find a home on a quiet dead end street that was close to our favorite beach at 26th ave. Our favorite aspect of the property is the oversized lot and the large backyard filled with fruit trees and the foliage surrounding the property creating a very private environment.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The home is a short half-block walk to the beach. You can spend a day at the beach and retreat back to the property, shower off in the hot outdoor shower and then soak in the outdoor hot tub...! You can enjoy riding bikes to the local farmers market where you can buy fresh local fruits, veggies and seafood! It is also a short bike ride to the quaint village of Capitola for breakfast, lunch, wine tasting, dinner shopping or spending the day at Capitola Beach. Or stroll 1/2 mile to Pleasure Point deli where you can order the best breakfast burritos in town and watch the surf. The location is ideal for so many activities....surfing, running, mountain biking, walks on the beach, sea glass collecting. It's all here for you to enjoy!
