The condo was everything promised with all the comforts of home. And our host was great - gave us good travel information and always prompt to reply to any questions. Only disappointment was we didn't get to meet and thank him in person for all. We'd certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It's a good central location for exploring the island and a beautiful beach and park area to just stay and enjoy.

Very nice place, great location and great owners! No issues and great communication!
Love this place! Will definitely be back. Very convenient proximity to the beach - a quick walk. Fully equipped condo - well taken care of and clean! Great having a ground level unit with young kids as they could play in the "backyard". A few deer sightings in the "backyard" which was exciting for all! Philip was excellent to deal with throughout the booking process and during our stay and afterwards. Would definitely recommend!
Philip is a great host and good communicator. Would return here. Accommodations were well equipped with anything you would need.
FYI sprinklers go off every two night so don't leave anything out to "dry" those nights! 😉
Great layout, open floor plan, worked well for our family. We loved that it was ground level and had access to the outdoors via French doors. Nice appliances, all in working order, including a washer and dryer. The condo was very well equipped with beach toys, Lego, a BBQ, books, movies, tourist info, beach towels, spices, etc.
The owner was very prompt and helpful. Condo was easy to find with directions that were provided. Private parking spot is included. The condo is on a private road with very little traffic. The beach is about a 5 min walk down the hill.
We had a lovely time staying in Parksville. The place is a great locaiton-3 min walk to the beach. It has everything you need, including sand toys. It's clean and comfortable. My kids did not want to leave.
The Parksville/Qualicum area of Oceanside is a prime vacation destination known for its mild climate, many sandy beaches, warm ocean waters, great year-round golfing, excellent birding, and countless other recreational opportunities (including sailing, kayaking, fishing, and hiking). Six of Vancouver Island's 40 outstanding golf courses are within a 20-minute drive away. This ideal location also provides central access to many popular Vancouver Island attractions, including the verdant and bountiful Cowichan Valley (known as “Canada’s Provence”, featuring 10 wineries and several artisan bakeries, butchers and the like) and “olde English” Victoria to the south, Cathedral Grove and the “wild west coast” (the West Coast Trail, Pacific Rim National Park, Tofino, Clayoquot Sound) of Vancouver Island to the west, and the more diverse Comox Valley to the north.
