Less than a block to the beach. Located on a quiet street...Our relaxing home with Central Air throughout has over 1900 square feet of living space, along with a fenced in private back yard, deck and screened-in porch. 3 large bedrooms/3 bathrooms... The OPEN Floor Plan includes a large kitchen with eating area, living room, dining room, family room (great area for parents or kids), office, and screened-in porch, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There are also three full bathrooms along with a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Our home was recently redone. There are three cable tv's, wireless internet. Just a few blocks away is a great outdoor recreation center. Enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper at the marina, which is also near by.

Cleaning and Linens are included in the weekly rates.

Our home is very close to the beach where you can swim, fish, surf, or bike. Golfing is also right down the street... Shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and more are close by!! Historic downtown Charleston is not far away. There is a quiet office off of the master bedroom where you can work without being disturbed.

What makes this house unique

Affordable and very short walk to the beach (less than a block). There is plenty of room inside the house for everyone to have their own space to relax. Make a puzzle, read a book or relax in the screened in porch overlooking our private backyard which is fenced in. Or walk down the street to a great outdoor park and playground. There's so much to do!

Quiet Location, Close to the Beach Access, Comfortable Beds, Good Flow

We liked the combination of price and location. If we couldn't rent "on the beach" this time, we enjoyed the quiet location in a neighborhood a couple streets back. Our compromise was to rent beach chairs and umbrellas - a good deal. There was no traffic noise at night and the beds were comfortable. As others have noted, there is plenty of hot water and the rooms are mostly bigger (especially common areas and Master bedroom) than the pictures show. Also, the flow in the common areas is really good - you never feel "trapped" in a room because there is usually more than one door and they are wide. Our walk to the beach was only about four minutes - loved that the street takes you only one house away from beach access. We also walked to Ben & Jerry's etc. (only 2 miles away), so you don't always have to get in your car. Finally, the people at Carroll Realty were very easy to get a hold of to resolve the minor issues we had (light bulb replacement and a question about trash removal.) We would return to this property.

Great neighborhood on the isle! Short walk to the beach! Plenty of space for everyone! Even a playhouse out back. It's a little dated, but awesome value for the price! The beds slept great, it's clean, the showers were hot and everyone could take one (hot shower that is)! We can't even do that at home LOL! I never saw a hot water tank that big! Best place on the beach - close to everything you need/want. Morgan Creek, Front Beach, Grocery, Rec Center. Never have to leave - why would you want too?

Wonderful house

This house was wonderful. It is much bigger than the pictures made it look, which was really helpful when we all wanted to watch something different on tv. The owners have kept it up and the furnishings were comfortable and like new. The back yard was completely fenced in so I didn't have to worry about my son running out front. The beach was much closer than I thought. It was a short walk which was very convenient, especially with a toddler who does not like to walk all of the time. We will definitely be coming back!!

Another added bonus was the bulletin board with information about local restaurants, guides, and activities to do. It was great and especially helpful for someone who is not from the area. I would definitely recommend doing the trip to Caper's Island.
