Newly renovated 5 bedroom house professionally decorated with clean modern aesthetic located in the artists enclave of the East End. The home has an open loft like feel. Located on only one of three streets on the island where you can look from beach to bay and walk between the two at island pace in less than 5 minutes. Great location if you are looking for an upscale house with easy access to the beach and bay along with the bike paths. You will not need to cross any streets or properties to access the beach as it is at the end of our lane. The beach is empty most times of the year as there are no hotels or public parking on the lane. Sanibel is known for it's powder like sand, beautiful Caribbean like water and extensive shells. It is very common to site dolphins, view starfish and sand dollars.

The East End is loved by locals for it’s quiet, reserved feel…a trip back to old Sanibel. There is no traffic on the East End even in high season. The East end is the narrowest part of Sanibel and contains the old lighthouse. The house is 5 minutes drive from the causeway providing easy on off access for going to the Tanger outlets, Airport or trips into Ft. Myers or Naples. Walk to Breakfast at Sanibel’s most popular breakfast spot, the Lighthouse Cafe, or walk up to Rosie’s for lunch or convenience item or order an ice cream at Pinocchio’s ranked by National Geographic Explorer as one of the top ten ice cream shops in the Southeast.

The house has all new luxurious linens and furnishings in it’s 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are flat screen TV’s and a stereo with a IPod/MP-3 doc. The hot tub cascades into the heated pool and is surrounded by tropical plantings creating a serene Island feel. Cool off in the enclosed shower adjacent to the pool area. Enjoy breakfast on the front patio or dinner in the screened lanai overlooking the pool area or dine around the pool.

The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Play basketball in the driveway, swim or jump on a bike as the house sits next to the bike path. Sanibel is extremely relaxing and the home has the amenities of a hotel with the upside of being in your own private oasis.

Please note that Sanibel only allows 28 day rentals for homes. We abide by this regulation.

The East End of the Island is loved by residents as the best part of the Island. Easy on/off access from the causeway and the island is at it's narrowest. After or before the beach relax in the heated hot tub or pool or jump on a bike an access the bike path adjacent to the home. Relax in the heated pool and spa at to start or end your day.

Excellent Location, Sanibel East End Beaches

A good house at the quiet East End of Sanibel. Excellent access (short walk on quiet road) to a fabulous beach. Very nice pool and spa in the back yard. Very easy bike ride to the shopping and restaurant areas of the island.

House is sized just right for two families of four. Four bedrooms and two baths on the main upper level. Clean and up to date. Everything works. Photos & listing give an accurate impression of the property.

Lower level, downstairs, has an additional bedroom, small bath, seating, ping pong, and kitchenette. It's bright with lots of sliding glass doors and is quite separate from the upstairs but feels a little funky for an adult couple. It would be great for teens. Walk-out directly to the pool area.

The owners' rep, Tim at Sanibel Conceirge, gave superb and responsive service throughout our rental experience.

Just across the street: Lighthouse Cafe with "World's best breakfast", Sporty Seahorse is an excellent island shop, and fab ice-cream at Pinocchio's.

We greatly enjoyed our two-family vacation here on Sanibel.

We are located 1 mile off the causeway for convenient on/off island access. The home is on one of only two lanes on the island that stretch from Gulf to Bay. No need to cross any streets walking to the Gulf!
