- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age to rent: 21No events allow unless you pay the event fee.
No loud music , no smoking , no guns , no drugs , no visitors, if you get caught sneaking ppl there will be a $500 fine , no loud people either.
No BBQ allowed in or out side of the property . No flushing paper , if you clogged the toilet system there will be $500 plumber fee.
If you are bringing a boat there is a boat fee of $50 a day , boat can not be more than 36ft. There is a 110 electricity cord to an outlet.
