About Natalie Thiele
My husband and I are originally from the Bay Area.. We have lived in Sacramento for 26 years where I run a home staging business. When I am not staging, I enjoy working with clay and upholstery. You will see examples of my work as well as the work of other artists throughout Casa Bella.
Natalie Thiele purchased this Cabin in 1965
Why Natalie Thiele chose Twain Harte
Casa Bella has been in my family for 55 years. In 1965 our family went to Twain Harte for a two week summer vacation. We rented a rustic little cabin. As soon as we arrived we fell in love with the town, the woodsy surroundings, and wonderful Twain Harte Lake. My mother immediately found a cabin to buy. We have enjoyed many wonderful times here over the years and hope you will, too.
What makes this Cabin unique
I like to take a project to work on while vacationing. I am always inspired in Twain Harte, and can find plenty of room to work, either on the deck or on the wide kitchen counter. When I need a break, I hike up the road, then down and around to a beautiful little lake. I love the smell of Twain Harte. It comes from a plant called Mountain Misery. I can't tell you why it is so named, but it is a delightful smell and it tells me I'm home.
