New Orleans

This was a nice little condo in a great location. Clean, safe, easy to access so many great spots in NOLA. We had a meeting at the convention center and rented the unit for 5 days. The price is hard to beat, especially compared to the surrounding hotel prices. Would definitely repeat the experience.

The only drawback is that the party renting the unit next to us were very LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS, and liked to come in the wee hours and continue their party in the unit. The walls were thin so hard to ignore.

Great location, walking distance to french quarters

Very nice place, cool little courtyard. Only one block from the streetcar stop, quiet area with a lot of art galleries. Highly recommend.

Weekend Get Away!!! Perfect...

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Sandra was the BEST and most helpful in everything I asked about. She was always very prompt with all replies. The apartment is all that has been stated. In the heart of everything New Orleans style. Within walking distance or a quick Streetcar ride to anyplace you need. We left our car in parking gargage when we arrived and never got in again until we left. We rode streetcar down to Garden District and walked throughout the neighborhood. Such beautiful homes!!! Restaurants are everywhere.. We tried out GW Fins, Jacques-Imo's Cafe and Casamentos. For breakfast on last day we ate at The Ruby Slipper. My only complaint is I gained 20 pounds. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Always felt very safe even at night. Thanks again to Sandra for all the recommendations and help!!!

Quick weekend trip

I had a great stay. Only problem was that my stay wasn't long enough! Wish that I could have stayed a few days longer! From the start of my inquiry to the end of my stay, Sandra was so prompt and helpful in the whole process from booking to checkout. I requested if at all possible, a late checkout and Sandra was more than happy to accommodate me. There are two units that are side by side and the other rental had at least 5 people. The walls are thin and they were a bit loud but, it didn't bother me as it wasn't that late and it didn't last too long. The neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by. Mulates, Cochon Butcher and Phil's Grill are some pretty goods places. Canal St which is the border to the French Quarter is about a brisk 12 minute walk. Not bad at all. The streetcar is on St Charles St. one block away and will take you to Canal St. I would recommend this place. Very clean and well appointed. I certainly look forward to my next trip to NOLA. I would book this place again! Thanks again Sandra for everything! You were so gracious!

Birthday Trip

We visited NOLA for my birthday and stayed here. This place has everything you need and is in an amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk to the FQ, 25 to Frenchman Street. The Streetcar is only a few blocks away as well. There is a grocery store only a few blocks away and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again. It is quiet, convenient and well appointed. Perfect place to sleep at night and make breakfast in the morning. Let's face it, you aren't going to want to eat in while you're visiting. There's too much good food and good stuff to do in NOLA to stay inside.

Quiet place not too far from Bourbon St

This room was great. It came with a full kitchen and fridge. The bed was comfy and the A/C worked like a champ. I can't wait to stay here again. A cab ride from the French Quarter was $3. You can't beat that.
