Prior permission for additional guests! $25 each person w/24 hours notice. $50 each if less than 24 hours notice.
In the case we have to clean up vomit, feces, urine or blood an additional cleaning fee will be assessed for $50.
In the case you bring a pet you will be assessed a $100 fee. We are intentional about no pets for safety of our home and future guests.
