Seaglass-Paradise on the Gulf is located in the heart of the the beautiful Florida Keys. The Keys are a series of 40 islands connected by 40 bridges , off the southern most tip of Florida. The chain of islands extends 120 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The area is famous for its Caribbean weather and world-class fishing and diving.

This luxurious two-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome is located 20 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is access to wrap-around walk-out terraces from the living room and Master bedroom from which you'll have spectacular views of sea life, ocean birds, and a parade of pleasure/fishing boats going to and from the big water. The full view of the sunrise and the sky color at sunset -- and the sound of the waves as you close your eyes at night, will stay with you long after your vacation ends.

This unit is beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Below the unit is a covered parking area for your car and boat trailer.

And there's boat dockage just 100 feet from the front door. The swimming pool is 30 feet from your balcony.

There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

A beautiful private beach is available to Seaglass guests within a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk.

We live in Wisconsin, and like so many in our part of the world we sought out warmth and sunshine during the winter months. After many visits to many warm weather venues we discovered Paradise in the Florida Keys. Our first visit was in 1978 and we have come back every year since.

We chose Seaglass in Gulfpointe 2 because it has everything we love about the Keys. It is secluded and quiet but still walking distance to our favorite beach and restaurants. Our home is spacious and the views are fantastic from just about every room.

What makes this condo unique

Seaglass is right on the water and from our balcony you will see ocean birds and aquatic life that will keep you entertained. Our location is convenient to great attractions to the West in Key West and to the East with all of the Islands in the Islamorada chain. As our guest you will have access to a private beach in Key Colony (Inch Beach) which can be reached on foot or via a 2 minute car drive.

really appreciated that Bahia Honda State Park was so close too. We did not miss anything that we needed in your well equipped home.

Your directions and instructions were perfect and clear. We particularly liked the wooden table on the balcony where my husband and I enjoyed our evening wine in the warm breeze.

Beautiful

We shard the condo with one other couple. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We had everything that we possibly needed. The view is spectacular. Loved taking our morning coffee to the docks and watching the spotted rays, sea turtles, and colored fish swimming around us. We rented a boat and docked it right there. We used the pool a couple times each day. It was the perfect temperature and we had fun watching the iguanas. We were looking forward to using the grill but found it was no longer available. The next door neighbor let us use his. So nice. We have always rented a home on the ocean side but are now converts to this unit.

The location is great,yes we caught fish off the dock.Nice pool comfortable beds well supplied has everything you need super clean.We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The dock is very nice for your boat and the kids loved fishing from the dock at night, lots of Mangrove snapper and they even caught a shark, barracuda and tarpon from the dock.

Only recommendation would be to add a bait cooler downstairs like the other units had for their guest. But beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend to others.

You are the first to recommend it but I know serious fishing can involve bait and chum that must be kept cold or frozen. You did find many of the great features that our unit offers and the pier can be great fun for fishing for kids although I have limited out on the pier on more than one occasion. Paradise In The Keys

Having stayed at the same complex before our over-all impression has not changed....great place to stay and good jumping-off point to all other areas of interest in the Keys (i.e. Key West, Key Largo, area beaches, Miami, etc.).

Property was well maintained and equipped with all the conveniences. However, the grill was not on our balcony, as anticipated, but down under the building and too heavy to carry it up the stairs. The result was that several meals we planned could not be prepared.

None the less, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: Hi Michael I'm sorry about the grill. We have been informed by the County and the Marathon fire Department that grilling on the balcony or under the building is no longer permitted. In order to use the grill, the unit must be moved away from the building to a spot that has nothing flammable above it like a ceiling or an overhang above the balcony. I'm glad the rest of the trip was good for you. the location is excellent and we do try to provide a clean, well furnished facility. I hope we see you again in the future. Bob Royko

This was our 6th year at Gulfpointe 11 condos; the first one at Seaglass. One of the cleanest properties we've been to, super comfortable and great location. The views were excellent! Looking forward to staying again!

Marathon has everything that the Keys have to offer. Water everywhere, ocean museums, world class diving and fishing, incredible fresh seafood every day and it's easy to find your way around. One main street, that's it. Look for the many fascinating festivals in Key West or the art festivals that occur throughout the Keys and the wonderful beaches for total relaxation. All this, and the most laid back atmosphere in the world. You will want to come back again and again.
