PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY:

This property is pet friendly. Guest may bring 1-2 small dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. A pet fee will be assessed after booking totaling $25 per night to a maxing pet fee of $150. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional charges. The pet fee is used for additional cleaning required on departure and does not cover damaged caused by pets. The guest will be responsible for any damages or stains caused by a pet including damage caused by chewing, scratching, or accidents. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning.

GETTING AROUND:

The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 10-minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola or Main St. The property is just a 5-minute walk to the free shuttle route located on the corner of French St. and Wellington Rd. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St.

WINTER SKYCARD PROGRAM: The Winter SkyCard program offers FREE activities and services during your stay. Our Winter program runs from from Nov 15 to Apr 15. We offer actives all provided by local companies including:

- 1 FREE Ski & Snowboard Rental (for each night you stay)

- 1 FREE R/T Airport Transportation (per reservation)

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

- Bronze property with no upgrades, however it has two kitchens for multiple family use.

- The driveway and entrance can be a bit icy in the winter.
