Welcome to our Gulf Front condominium home! Our home is located in Majestic Beach Towers Building 2 on the 14th floor. If you are looking for one of the nicest, cleanest condos at a very reasonable rate, you have found your match!

Our condo/home has been furnished above and beyond what you will normally find. Rated at the five-star platinum level, we have spared no expense for ourselves when we stay as well as for you when you choose to stay with us. We have just upgraded all our flooring throughout the entire condo. Hardwood floors are in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the condo. You won't find that expensive upgrade in many units!

A little about our condo tower, Majestic Beach Towers I and II are two of the most amenitized buildings on our coast. Featuring 650 feet of Gulf frontage, a market with Starbucks, three outdoor and two outdoor pools including splash pool and waterfalls and two hot tubs.

Majestic Beach Towers also features a 130 stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, fitness center (fee applies) with steam and sauna rooms, poolside bistro and bar, and covered garage parking.

Our spacious three-bedroom, two bath condominium home is professionally decorated with thoughtful attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Want to prepare your own meals? The kitchen in this home features solid surface countertops, GE appliances, built-in microwave, breakfast bar, upgraded cookware, dishes and stemware. The dining room seats six comfortably and you and your guests will enjoy a wonderful evening eating in.

The living area features nine foot to ten foot ceilings, flat panel TV and DVD player, and a ceiling fan. It also has a wet bar with ice machine. The couch converts to a queen-size sleeper/sofa for additional sleeping options.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV with DVD player, and enjoys Gulf front views. It has a very comfortable bathroom with jetted tub and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV and also a private balcony. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that comfortably sleeps three people.

Free wireless Internet access is available in the condo and throughout the pool area, lobby and common areas of the Resort.

The condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

This condo was very spacious an arranged well. The space was perfect for us. I liked that the owners rented to us for 10 days which was perfect. My biggest issue was the age of all the appliances the washing machine has lots of rust and left a few spots on our clothes and the dryer took forever to dry our beach towels. The ice machine on fridge constantly froze up so we just bought bagged ice. I'd rent again without thinking twice if the appliances have been updated.

An awesome Gulf experience

This was our first experience going to the Gulf of Mexico. I am really pleased that this rental was available to make it an awesome vacation experience. My only issue now is that we are spoiled with it; if we go back it is going to be hard to top if we don't get the same unit again.

First, the facility. The towers themselves are well kept, clean, and properly managed. We never had a problem with crowds, never felt unsafe, and never saw a problem with sanitation or cleanliness. It is well lit and well kept in general. Parking was ample as well. Hallways were clear and the staff was always helpful.

As for the owners. I never had a single issue with information or response. They responded with answers to questions in a timely fashion and were up front and honest about everything. I don't think that I could ask for more from an owner at all. The place was convenient to all kinds of shopping, dining, and attractions to make it fun though, along with our room itself, made it hard to want to leave often. Even the elevators were fast. That NEVER seems to happen.

For the unit. We were amazed with it. We don't stay at bad places no matter where we go, and this place is now at the top of the list of places that we have stayed during a trip. The room was very nice, very clean, and very well put together. I've never stayed at a place where when I walked in after an outing I felt like I was walking into my own home. That's what they have put together with this condo. We went as a group of 7; 3 adults and 4 kids: 18 months and 3, 8, and 9 year olds. Everyone had a wonderful time. Th living area was great for the group during wind down times. The beds were comfortable and relaxing, the bathrooms large and nice, and the kitchen was nice and appliances were all in good working order. The views from the balcony were awesome! My wife and I, after 2 days, were already talking about how much we wanted to start planning next year's vacation at the exact same room. This was a 10 hour drive for us and this place made that well worth it.

Was everything perfect about the unit? Of course not. No place ever is. The issues we had were minor at worst and absolutely in no way hindered our enjoyment at all. The owners promptly answered any thing that we needed. We cannot wait to come back.

OK, but could use some upgrades and a refresh

Our trip to Panama City Beach was excellent.

This condo was OK. Decorated nicely - furnished well. Everything we needed with regard to towels, dishes and cookware.

Bed mattress were really nice. Good quality there and the second balcony was a cool feature.

One star deducted because of the cleaning. Definitely sub-par. Sand and debris left under furniture. Stove was a mess, and drapes and furniture need to be cleaned. No dust pan, cheap small broom, and no mop to do some general maintenance during the week.

One star deducted due to age and condition of dryer, washer, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer have rust and showing their age. All worked, but they were noisy and rusty.

Several light switches did not appear to be associated with anything - never did figure out which outlets, lights, etc. some of them were associated with.

Also had to replace the batteries in the TV remotes as they were dead.

First I wan't to start by saying the resort/ tower itself is very clean and nice! It smells so fresh everyday in the lobby areas and is always very clean! (Including the pools) The condo (1401) was also very clean and I was so pleased with everything in there! Some condo's cleaning jobs are just average, however the cleaness of this condo was awesome! I love the tile and wood floors also for easy clean up thoughout the week. The decor and furniture was also very clean and beautiful! I would diffently stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great price clean condo!! Thank you for the wonderful stay on our vacation :)

Great Vacation Experience

What a wonderful time. We could not have ask for a nicer condo. All the rooms are spacious and updated. The layout is great and with 2 balconies you have a view of the ocean and a street view. The condo's location is within walking distance to Wal Mart, surf shops, and places to eat. The pools are exceptional. The condo was easy to book, the owners responded quickly to any questions we had about the rental. We look forward to more visits. The photos did'nt lie, the condo was spotless, property well maintained. We would recommend this property and this condo to anyone who wants a great vacation at a great price.

Myself and a few friends stayed in this condo for almost a week and it was a wonderful experience. The price was great and well worth it. Everything was clean and very inviting. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a rental property. The pools were great along with the beach access that was very close to the chair and water sport rentals. Also very close to Walmart and nightlife. Would stay again!!
