About Property Manager
Aloha from Poipu! We and our grandson Cale welcome you to our homes in beautiful, sunny Poipu! We know the quality and location of our homes will enhance your vacation. We have been visiting Poipu regularly since 1970 and have never had a bad vacation here. In 1998, we built our dream house Maluhia ma ka Honua and then built these two homes in 2005. We hope you get a chance to experience one of them. Buzz and Valorie Wisda
Property Manager purchased this House in 2005
Why Property Manager chose Poipu
We built these homes in 2005 as a lasting legacy for our children with the hope that they would visit them and Poipu often throughout their lives. Natalie lives in Charlotte, NC and Bryan lives in Phoenix, so Poipu is a nice place for family reunions. We have always had wonderful times in Poipu and wanted to build something nice but affordable so other families could fall in love with Poipu also.
What makes this House unique
The open pavilion design of these houses leads families to spend a lot of time talking, just like the Hawaiians have always done. Guests tell us that they have never had such a great family vacation because they really got to know the other family members. People seem to linger at the dining table after dinner to talk. The kitchen sink faces into the room to promote conversations with people sitting on the barstools. The outdoor tables are comfortable and great places to have morning coffee or afternoon cocktails together. The spacious backyard is a peaceful area for children to play in or a nice place to sunbath during children's naps. The houses have all the modern necessities, but they live like Hawaiian homes did at the turn of the 20th century.
