Updated 3 Bed/2.5 Bath Eagles View Peak 10 Townhome located on mountain biking and hiking Trails! Plenty of parking with attached one car GARAGE (and extra parking for 2-3 cars outside of garage). South facing SUNNY DECK deck with Gas Grill. Kid Friendly, WiFi, 42' Flat Screen, iLuv Music Station, Laundry in unit.
Take a break from the city life and lift lines and take advantage of the great back country access. On Burro Trail with Cross Country skiing, Back Country skiing, Snow Shoeing, Mountain Biking, and Hiking access right out the door! Burro Trail connects to the 10th Mountain Division Hut Trail system. Forest and large parking area ideal for young kids to play and bike.
In the Winter, Shuttle leaves from our complex (NEW stop) every 20 minutes to Base of Peak 9 (drops off near quicksilver lift, Maggies Pond area, servicing Greens and Blues runs) and to the Ice Rink (where you can connect to the Breckenridge Shuttle). Shuttle returns every 10 minutes from Base of Peak 9 or every 20 minutes from the Ice Rink. This shuttle only serves our area, and is a very fast shuttle with minimal stops. Shuttle goes from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Shuttle does not go throughout main street, you would need to connect to the Breckenridge "Free Ride" Shuttle at the Ice Rink to shuttle to main street restaurants.
Ski In / Ski Out Details: Enjoy Ski In / Ski Out convenience in Breckenridge (and 15-20 minute drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper). A few minutes Ski through forest/trees to a Green Run to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver and beaver run 6 chair high speed lift). Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the forest/trees (dependant on peak 10 being open) -OR- Green/Blue Beginner skiing with a 300 yard hike (dependant on Peak 9 Beaver Run Lift being open/running and Upper Lehman and Lower Lehman runs being open). Peak 9 Base / Village Center / Main Street Station houses Ski School, Kids Ski School, and boasts some of the most gorgeous views of the ski area and the surrounding peaks.

Features a back deck/small yard with Hot Tub, Gas Grill, making it a perfect place to entertain and enjoy time with friends and family. Cozy up to the Gas Fireplace in the living room and enjoy the great views of the Mountains out the Picture window or watching your favorite show on the 42' flat screen TV with Cable / DVD player! Enjoy your favorite Music using an iLuv Music Station with ability to connect in iPod, iPad, or Android style phones to stream your personal music selection (pandora, etc). There's an Oversized One Car Garage to keep your car out of the elements and provides a convenient and safe place to store skis and bikes. Full size front loading Washer/Dryer in Laundry room on main level. Updated baths with new Cabinets and Tile flooring.

KID FRIENDLY - Comes with a Pack-and-Play crib and portable High Chair/Booster. Downstairs bedroom can also be used as a Play/Movie area for kids - includes TV/DVD/VCR with set of shows and movies. Toys and Games provided. Stream short 400 yard hike and large parking area ideal for young kids to bike.
Sleeping Arrangements: - Upstairs Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed w/ Walk through Closet and full bath (Walk through closet convenient for little ones in a Pack-and-Play), and TV w/ Cable

- Downstairs Bedroom 3 can be either 1) 1 King and 2 Twins (Bunk Bed) OR 2) 4 Twins (2 separate Twins and one Bunk Bed). Sleeps 4 either way. Bedroom has a Trundle Bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. Trundle Bed gives you Flexibility of making the Trundle bed into a King (lower twin raises to height of upper twin) OR 2 Twins. Downstairs Bedroom has TV w/ DVD / VCR and kids shows and movies.
- Main Living Room has a specially designed pull out Sofa that is VERY comfortable! 1/2 Bath also located on Main level.

GREAT LOCATION - A short 5 minute drive to shop at the heart Breckenridge and enjoy Breckenridge restaurants and night-life! Keystone, Arapahoe Basin (A-basin) just 15 minutes away! Copper about 20 minutes drive. Vail about 40 minute drive.

We love to alpine ski, telemark ski, mountain bike, and run. Breckenridge is a great location to do all of our favorite activities. We also enjoy our time as a family in Breckenridge, our two kids (ages 7 and 4) love to spend time enjoying the outdoors and the town of Breckenridge.

Great location, clean and had everything we needed.
Hot tub was wonderful! The location was perfect, close to town but away enough to have peace and quiet.
Family and I really enjoyed staying here. The condo was exactly as described and was clean and well kept. Between Uber and the free shuttle service getting around was easy and getting to the mountain to ride/ski was even easier. Would rent again for sure.
Perfect Summer Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. Just steps from beautiful hiking and biking trails and a very short drive into town - a really great location overall. The unit is well kept and the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure it's stocked with the essentials. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit beautiful Breckinridge.
Lovely Breck Hangout!
Aside from having a small difficulty finding the townhome late in the evening and snow covering the sign, our stay was awesome! We had so much fun! The townhouse is super nice and has plenty of room. Going to Breckenridge's Main Street is just a few minute drive, so it was super convenient and just loads of fun! Highly recommend!
The condo was perfect for our 3-couple ski retreat! Nice, well-kept, and the hot tub was incredible! Our newbies could ski in but not out. The veterans in the group love Falcon Superchair and this condo allows you to start and end your days on that lift so it worked great for us!
Great family trip with two families w kids
We really had a good time at this property in Breck. We had two families with children ranging from 6 to 13 in age.and this property was exactly what we wanted. Ski in and ski out was important for the better Skiers and boarders. The rest were happy taking the shuttle home after being on the mountain. The shuttle is super convenient right in front of the property and dropping off down by the front of the Marriott near a lift.
House was great with the hot tub and open area in the second floor for everyone to hang out and play games. Nice kitchen with everything you would need. Bottom floor is great for the kids to hang out in while adults watched movies upstairs.
We got a ton of snow while there and the skiing was very very good. It's super easy getting out in the am. we would rent this place again. Between the quick trips to town and the ability to get on the mtn quick it was awesome for us. We had everything we needed here, really could not have asked for a better place at a fair price.
Located on Peak 10 in Breckenridge, CO. Part of Eagles View townhomes. Approximately a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. A 15-20 minute walk to town in summer.
