This fantastic one bedroom unit with 'double/privacy bath entry' is located in the Luana Waikiki (AKA as Waikiki's most notable and desirable condo/tel) on the 12th floor of a superb 16 story building. This unit boasts of absolutely stunning, breathtaking and unobstructed ocean, park and Waikiki views. Summed up this unit bestows quality/peace/serenity, convenient location, surrounded by parks, fabulous service that all equates to 100% satisfaction. Again, with an incredible expansive ocean, city, mountain views in every direction. Two lanais, one off the bedroom with morning sun and one off the living/dining area with a western exposure for viewing the incredible sunsets and Friday night (approx 7:30 - 8 PM) fireworks display. complimentary daily newspapers and NO RESORT FEES!

Two queen beds in the bedroom and a queen sofa (5' thick mattress) sleeper/sofa in the

living room. This property has a very peaceful and inviting swimming pool complete with chaise lounges and cabanas to lounge on/in and state of the art fitness center.

There is 24 hr front desk, security and concierge. Small convenience store next door. There is also FREE wifi internet in unit and around the property. ALL BRAND NEW FURNISHINGS AS OF January 2017. Free local calls as well.

If interested I also have the best located/view top floor (penthouse) studio (ocean view w/mini kitchen) VRBO# 556776 unit in the building with a queen bed and full-size sofa bed.

I also have "one" on-site, secured and self-parking stall for $20/day. Hotel/valet parking is $35+ YIKES! Note: Again, I own two units in Luana so it's first come first serve on the parking.

Great building, great unit, great staff, safe, secure, quiet and nothing but spectacular views from either unit.

You can easily find something cheaper but nowhere near as nice. Please read my reviews as they say it all!

The property entrance is located on the famed Kalakaua Ave but my unit has a direct ocean (sunset and Friday night fireworks) view and is on the quiet side. Luana Waikiki boasts of being the ONLY hotel in Waikiki that is literally surrounded by a park(s) yet you are the equivalent of only 1.5 blocks from the beach and one block from shopping at 'Luxury Row' featuring Tiffany's, Coach, Channel, Gucci, and Yves' Saint Laurent stores and of course the center of Waikiki including the 'new' Waikiki BeachWalk area. This property/unit is for the discerning traveler yet still in Waikiki. Can't be beat!

AGAIN, YOU MIGHT FIND A CHEAPER PLACE BUT YOU WON'T FIND ONE WITH MORE QUALITY OR BETTER MANAGED.

About Steve

My commitment: I keep this unit maintained it to its HIGHEST level. Its beautifully furnished (all new as of 1/1/17) and the views are simply 'out of this world'. The peace and quietness of this extremely well-managed building/unit will utterly amaze you especially since its entrance is located right on Kalakaua Ave at the 'gateway' to fabulous Waikiki but the unit overlooks the park to the ocean. Interesting fact: This is the only building in Waikiki that is surrounded by parks. Simply beautiful! A true gem!

Outstanding quality and views

We just returned from 6 days at this beautiful condo with our 3 children (2 teens and a tween). The condo was exactly as described and impeccably cared for and was large enough to comfortably accommodate our whole family. Steve is a wonderful and communicative host who went out of his way to be sure our stay was enjoyable. While we were there he was in another country but still took the time to send an email and check in to see if we needed anything a couple of times. He also left us the number of a person near by in case we needed anything immediately. I booked this condo several months ago and Steve reached out to communicate with me several times in the months leading up to the trip. The property the condo is on has many nice amenities (our children loved the pool) and it is within walking distance of all the best Waikiki has to offer. I was appreciative of the washer and dryer in the unit. If you are looking for a well cared for place to stay with amazing views, and an attentive host, this is the place for you!

Top-notch!

Everything - from my first inquiry about this condo to the last day of our stay - was absolutely perfect: very fast and efficient communication with the owner, instructions how to get there, condo itself- looking brand new and spotless clean.

The owner provided absolutely everything that was necessary for our 11-nights stay (except maybe beach gear - no beach towels or beach chairs - something to keep in mind before you arrive there. We bought a cooler in Walmart, hope future guests will find it helpful as well).

There were 2 queen beds, 2 TV sets (one per room), air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room (very important!) + washer and dryer, which was absolute must for me.

The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his condo: he called the 1st and the last day of our stay to ask if there was anything we needed or wished for (wow, have never seen that before for many years of using rental properties in US and abroad). All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and I could highly recommend it as your "home away from home" place in Waikiki.

Very comfortable and Clean

Our family of five ( including 3 teenage daughters) spent 9 nights here in July. We enjoyed staying here as it was very clean (and I'm pretty fussy when it comes to clean!) and the beds were comfortable. It was well located, within walking distance to all the local shopping etc. It had a lovely view of the fireworks display on Friday nights. Was great having a washing machine and dryer and excellent cooking facilities, and not having to pay daily convenience fees like other hotels. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to stay. The owner Steve was very welcoming on our arrival.

Clean, modern, beautiful apartment with important amenities and a fantastic view.

My wife and 2 daughter's (ages 4 and 7) stayed at this property for 11 days in January, 2017 and had a great experience. It is a privately owned one-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor of a hotel. It is a short walk (1-2 blocks) from the main commercial center and beach in Waikiki. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and modern. It has a full kitchen stocked with appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.), and with cooking and dining supplies. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, which worked well for our family. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room which we did not use as a bed. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, which allowed us to pack fewer clothes. The bathroom is spacious. We had free access to a decent gym and a nice pool. There is an indoor garage parking spot available, which is key in Waikiki, since street parking is very difficult to find. The owner, Steve, was very accommodating and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
