Never will rent again or use Vrbo
We drove 19 hours from Wisconsin. When we got to the house there were ants on the counters and bathrooms. Then we got up the next day wanting to use the pool and the pool was closed due to the property was fixing the roof on the clubhouse. When I messaged the owner I was told that is out of his control which I think is BS causw usually the management place will tell you when they are doing something to the property. (The only good thing was he had access to a property down the street and few miles and we got to use that pool). It would had been nice to just be able to walk over. The property needs a lot of work and the cleaning team needs to do better cause the washer was nasty. The hot tub in the back never warmed up. All around after the second day I was ready to go home which sucked after driving 19 hours and paying the amount we did. Never again wish I was able to post pictures and videos.... Not sure when the last time this owner has been at there property but they should probably go check it out. And when I called VRBO they did nothing to really help. But offer us $100.
