The property is located at the Seawind and is on the 11th floor. It is a beautiful unit with 2 bedrooms and a bunkroom as well as a sofa sleeper. It was just updated November 2016 with new tile flooring throughout as well as other tile work and new paint from ceiling to floor. There is also new balcony furniture that you will enjoy relaxing in as you take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. There are TV's with DVD players in each room. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need. Located right on the beach in just a few short steps you will be relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beach. You will also be able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves or just open the doors from the master bedroom to enjoy the beach breeze and sounds of the waves while laying in your comfortable bed.

Located right next to the condos is the Sea n' Suds restaurant, directly across the street is the Waffle House and within walking distance are many other restaurants such as Hooters, Gulf Island Grill, Pink Pony Pub, and the Hangout. You are also within walking distance to many area shops.

Winter (Nov. 1-Feb. 28): $150 per night, $900 - weekly, $1950 - monthly

Spring (Mar. 1-May 14): $230 per night, $1380 - weekly, $3400 - monthly

Summer (May 15-Aug. 15): $330 per night, $1980 - weekly, $8900 - monthly

Fall (Aug. 16-Oct. 31): $190 per night, $1140 - weekly, $2700 monthly

*Monthly rates are all inclusive (11% tax, housekeeping and up to two parking passes)

EVENT PRICING:

Hangout Music Festival - May 19-21 - $350 per night

Shrimp Festival - October 12-15 - $300 per night

HOLIDAY PRICING:

Memorial Day - May 26-29 - $350 per night

July Fourth - July 1- 8 - $400 per night

(Saturday to Saturday required stay)

Labor Day - September 1-5 - $300 per night

** 11% lodging tax as well as $125 housekeeping fee for cleaning upon your departure and $20 per parking pass (may have up to two parking passes) will be added to these rates.

We have always loved Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area and travel there a few times a year with our family. The Seawind condos are just a few years old and very nice. There is a huge exercise room as well as indoor/outdoor pool and kid's interactive pool.

What makes this condo unique

You will be right on the beach and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants and just minutes away from area attractions such as Waterville.

Very clean, everyone slept comfortably, kitchen was accommodating & owner was great to work with!

Nice accomodations!!! Easy access to the beach & nice pool for children. Great location to restaurants & shopping. Parking is tight but manageable. Elevators can be challenging during busy times but we still highly recommend staying here & we will be back!!

Perfect for a family of 6-8 with great location!

This condo is awesome and in a great location! The owner (Michelle) was a huge help with any questions and very quick to respond! You are right by Sea N Suds and just a short walk to the Hang Out! Sitting out on the balcony over looking the ocean at night was one of my favorite parts. I slept better during our stay there than I have in 6 years! The beds were comfy! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook as well. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The only per say "bad" part was the elevator. There are only 2 elevators so during busy times it took a bit to catch one and we had trouble with one of them being stuck at times. We had Tropical Storm Cindy so weather was not ideal and ruined half of our vacation, but we will definitely be back! We found plenty of things to do to keep the kids entertained. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! I know we will be back for sure! Thank you again, Michelle!

Owner's Response: Thank you so much, Brooke! I hate that the weather wasn't good for y'all, but so glad y'all still had a good time and plan to return some time in the future. Also, I apologize for the elevator issue. Sadly, during peak hours it is slow and our complex has been trying to do what they can to help that by manning the elevator during busy times to bypass floors when it's full, but that hasn't worked as well as they hoped either. Again, thank you for the review and thank you again for choosing our condo for your vacation.

Great location and amenities

The location is great! We were right off the main road and next to the Sea & Suds restaurant which i definitely recommend. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. The gym and pool were nice. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Oceanfront Condo!!!!

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo with plenty of room ... There was 8 of us and we all slept great... And had a wonderful view from the balcony... Also right near sea n suds which was good and right on the beach... Had a wonderful trip and will definitely be back ... Already thinking about booking this for next year 😊 .. And the owner are great to deal with they are quick to respond to any questions you may have . That just made the trip that much better

overall we were very happy with the condo

Everything was good except the two tv in the back bedrooms. We could not understand ( so many cables, two remotes) how to get only the TV working. To help others leave a card to explain how it works

I haven't been there since they installed them at the beginning of the summer so I didn't realize they weren't user friendly. I will definitely look into that and remedy the situation.
