Light-flooded beautiful apartment about 70 square meters for 6 people, very stylishly furnished, bright living room with two doors to the balcony, kitchen area, dining area for 6 people, living area with club chair and sofa bed for 5th and 6th Person, TV cabinet, large bedroom with double bed and door to the balcony, second bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, own ground-level entrance. On the north-facing shady terrace and in your own garden in front of your entrance, you can spend quiet and relaxing days. Enjoy the wonderful view over Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif on the south-facing large balcony across the entire front.

Both apartments have their own fenced garden areas, which are also ideal for dogs. You can easily reach the apartments from the access road via cobbled outside stairs.

The holiday home 'Schönes Platz' is located on the outskirts of Mezzema, a romantic and original mountain village to which a number of private holiday homes are attached. The well-kept house, built in 1990, is nestled in a quiet, almost out of season landscape. The ideal place for relaxation, relaxation and gathering strength. Several signposted hiking trails start right behind the holiday home "Schönes Platz" and can be used to explore the area around Mezzema. A hiking trail leads to Campione on the shores of Lake Garda.

Hotel Panorama is located above the village, approx. 200 m from the holiday home "Schönes Platz". There is a restaurant, a bar and a small grocery store for everyday needs. The pool area of the Hotel Panorama is also available to the guests of the holiday house "Schönes Platz" for a fee. In the main town Pieve about 1 km away there is the tourist information, doctors and pharmacy, some restaurants, cafes and bars, several shops, two grocery stores, a laundromat and the church.

Lake Garda with its lively surroundings for entertainment and water sports can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee. Unseren Kindern hat besonders die Möglichkeit der Poolbenutzung sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Name sagt alles!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal zum Erholen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und der Ausblick vom Balkon über den Gardasee und zum Bergmassiv des Monte Baldo ist traumhaft. Nach den täglichen Ausflügen rund um den Gardasee war es immer wieder schön, abends in das beschauliche Bergdorf zurück zu kehren und dort die Ruhe zu genießen. Einige Wanderungen konnten wir direkt vor der Haustür starten. Die Straße zum Dorf hinauf ist zwar immer wieder ein Abenteuer gewesen, aber auch beeindruckend. Die Straße windet sich die Felsen hinauf um eine Schlucht herum, ist an manchen Stellen sehr eng und natürlich kurvenreich. Oft kam man nicht weiter, weil 2 Autos aneinander nicht vorbei passten. Da war gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, Ruhe, Geduld und ein Talent im Rückwärtsfahren gefragt. Aber trotzdem konnte man von der Ferienwohnung aus viele Ausflüge machen, dazu fand man in der Gästemappe auch gute Tipps. Für unsere Kinder war es natürlich ein Highlight, den Pool im benachbarten Hotel mitbenutzen zu können, denn der Strand ist ja doch ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Die Küche ist schon sehr gut ausgestattet, leider gibt es keinen Wasserkocher und keine Mikrowelle. Beides wäre für uns von Vorteil gewesen, da eins unserer Kinder noch ein Baby ist und wir zum Erwärmen von Flasche und Brei jedes Mal den Gasherd anmachen mussten. Ansonsten können wir die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist wirklich ein "Schöner Platz".

Immer wieder schön

Wir hatten auch dieses Mal einen wundervollen Urlaub in ihrer Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und sind auch nach Ihren Vorschlägen gewandert. Die vom Vermieter gemachten Angaben bezüglich der Ausstattung und Lage waren korrekt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein Ferienhaus, dass wir beruhigt allen weiterempfehlen können.

Wirklich besonderer "Schöner Platz"

Der Blick vom Appartement Gardasee auf den See und die Berge ist traumhaft und sucht seines Gleichen. Im italienischen Flair des Appartements und seiner Umgebung haben wir einen äußerst erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und ein wirklich besonderer "Schöner Platz".
