Perfect View, Excellent Location, Wonderful Management!

I wanted an Ocean front Property for a special 82nd birthday celebration for my mother..along with 3 of her friends. We were a group of 5, and had plenty of space!! This Unit was excellent in location that allowed these ladies to play games inside the Unit...., then going to the gorgeous ocean front view pool to do their exercises....easily walk alongside the beach as it was a packed down sand that allowed them to easily walk.....an easy drive to take in a show, and wonderful restaurants.! The Property Manager cares for every detail, and follows up promptly with questions, etc. Look no further, as this is a wonderful unit to come to the beach and relax! We will surely return!

Amazing location with amazing view of the ocean.

This condo is located with everything in the area that you could ask for. Restaurants, shopping and all kinds of entertainment. Amazing Beach. Condo manager was very helpful and attentive to any and all of our wants and needs. Upon arrival we thought something needed attention and we contacted property manager which in return took care of our concerns ASAP. This condo is very nice and spacious and met all of our needs. Very highly recommended.

Family Reunion

Our small family reunion was wonderful, we had family coming from Pennsylvania, Florida, and Alabama to spend quality time together. Our communication with Leigh was very helpful. Upon arrival we met with Pat who was a pleasure to work with, she even offered to let one of us park our vehicle at her home since we could only have 2 cars in the garage. The condo was exactly what the pictures had and very well stocked with kitchen utensils. I would recommend this condo for everyone - this was our second time staying in the same area not the same condo though. We will be back next year!

BEST CONDO ON THE BEACH!!!

My family had the pleasure of renting this beautiful condo. We have been staying at One Ocean Place for 10 plus years and this condo was the nicest we've rented! The condo is well-maintained, very clean, beautifully decorated and the views are spectacular. Both Leigh & Pat were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this condo - you will not be disappointed. I have already booked for next year!!!

Exit cleaning of is included in your rental fee. There is an additional 11% accommodation tax included in your rental fee. Your quote will reflect your accommodation tax. Linen fee is not included. Please choose a Linen Package or bring your own linens. You will be invoiced for your Linen Package and you can pay through the online secure Pay Pal online account.

Rental fee is due one month prior to your arrival date.

Check in time is between 3:30 to 5:30. There is a cash $25.00 fee for check-in after 5:30.

Several weeks before your arrival you will receive an invitation to download my Home Away Hospitality app on your phone.
