The vacation home has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to enjoy a meal together and pleasant conversations. On the second floor gallery you can enjoy a unique view over the property and into nature through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. In the bedroom on the first floor there is a spacious double bed, on the upper floor you will sleep in two single beds. The shower bath with daylight and high-quality wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation day.

Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room.

Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.
In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses, which stretch along the "Langer Trödel".
