The downstairs master bedroom is a king size bed and the up stairs master bedroom is a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with the top bed being a single and the bottom being a double bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa which is a queen, and there's a roll away bed in closet of the down stairs master bedroom.

Very precious place

The house is located right ON the beach. It is absolutely perfect and quiet, no crowds but nature pure. You can swim alongside the beach for miles. Beach as well as the ocean are perfectly clean. You watch all kinds of animals. We all loved it. This is one of the places we will consider to come back. Very relaxed but easy to reach, no ferry required but just as quite as an island. Lovely place. The house was very clean but some updating wouldn't harm. That's why I decided to rate it 4 stars otherwise it would be 5 plus.

We had a fantastic time!

What a perfect location! Although this house is a bit older & could use some TLC, that is more than made up for by the fact that it has a HUGE, open kitchen/dining room/living room, & is steps from the beach. Most of the time there were only about a dozen people on the beach besides us. The covered deck was great...we used it a lot...even got to enjoy it whenever it happened to rain.

We're big cooks, so we took some of our pans just in case we needed them, but the kitchen had plenty of pots & pans. We also took all of our groceries. Wished we'd brought a good chef's knife, as well as a cutting board & a dish sponge of our own. Other than that, the kitchen was great!

There were paper towels & t.p., but you'll probably want to bring more if you have a large group and/or a long stay. Fortunately, Dollar General is only about 20 min away.

There were 7 of us, and the house was plenty big enough for us & all our stuff for a 5 day stay. The waves aren't very big, which was great for just floating & relaxing. We saw dolphins every morning...a couple of times they were fairly close to shore. We got to chase a lot of crabs, hold a live sand dollar, and our last day there, we saw 5 stingrays & a horseshoe crab feeding right at the shore. It was SO amazing! At low tide, you can do some serious shelling, too! We found several dozen as big as our hand. There was also a turtle nest marked right in front of the house. The only thing that would have made it better was if the babies had hatched while we were there.

Everyone (ages 56 - 18) agreed it was a great trip that we would love to do again!

Great place in a secluded area. Awesome back deck ocean view with night time star gazing.

8 people stayed. Not crowded at all in the home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Beautiful walks on semi private beach.

Although the home is older it still made for a nice beach getaway.

Make sure you supply up. Closest store is 20 min. And it's a basic bodega/mini mart. Quiet secluded area. Not for the Panama City crowd.

We Would do it again! Great place for us to disconnect and get the kids outside to enjoy nature.

Check-in 4pm EST / Check-out 10am EST. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to check-in date. For the health and welfare of future guest No PETS or Smoking is allowed. Minimum age renter is 30. Maximum number persons is 8 at any one time on the property without prior written consent. Cleaning fee $125 is waived if property property is left in the same condition and order it was on check-in.
