This home away from home located in the beautiful city of Chandler, only 25 minutes from the Sky Harbor International Airport, is waiting for you. This quiet gated community located close to Loop 202 gives the guest the option to go anywhere in the Greater Phoenix Valley Area or enjoy the peace of a quiet landscaped complex with unique water features.

The accommodations sleep six in three bedrooms with no need for a fold out or couch. One bedroom can be converted from a king sized bed into one with two twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends on holidays. Two large bathrooms allow for privacy and at the same time make it far easier for guest to get ready and go in the morning without waiting for others. A two car garage offers secure off street parking for any guest.

Golf, golf, golf. The southeast valley is the location for fantastic golf courses at affordable rates all year round. Whether it be the affordable Bear Creek courses or the upscale Ocotillo Golf Resort the golfer will find many courses very close by to fit any price range.

Shopping anyone? For one stop shopping with a huge number of brand name stores the Chandler Fashion center is only ten minutes away. The new Premier Outlets is only ten minutes away on highway 10 as well. Nearby groceries, restaurants, and small retail stores ensure that whether it be a shopping trip or a quick trip to pick up some essentials any guest will have their needs met.

Nothing is better than a morning in Chandler when you can walk, bike, or rollerblade out of the complex and use the many trails in the area to enjoy the quiet and warm weather the area provides. About The Owner

Hello. We are Dale and Linda Kelly, a couple of Canadians who love the weather and desert of Arizona especially during part of our high quality winters at home. We fell in love with the quiet laid back pace of Chandler as well as the upscale homes and retail in the area. The Chandler Fashion Mall was a big plus as was all the affordable golf in the area. Waking up every day to a blue sky and pleasant temperatures allowed we Canadians to have a little piece of paradise of our own for part of the winter we endure.

Why The Owner chose Chandler

An end unit on the second floor in the corner of a gated community offered the quiet from the busy city life. Close proximity to all essential services enables one to walk rather than drive to purchase daily necessities.

What makes this condo unique

Chandler is the Scottsdale South of the Greater Phoenix Valley. An upscale neighborhood with easy access to a large number of affordable golf courses in the southeast valley. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and small retail along with its proximity to the Chandler Fashion Mall offers plenty of distractions. Just off Loop 202, the location allows one to easily get to any part of Phoenix with a short commute. An upper level end unit means there is little or no noise from neighbors and allows the privacy all renters would expect. Enjoy access to a large heated pool and fitness center within the complex along with the unique ponds and landscaping around each of the units. Plenty of walking paths in the area allow one to go for a morning stroll and stop at one of the nearby coffee shops for a coffee and a bagel. Large HDTV with DVD player in the living room along with LCD TV's in each of the two master bedrooms allow for renters to just stay home and relax if they wish. A complete kitchen and utensils along with a grill also allow them to dine in. New comfortable beds with the ability to convert the bed in the second bedroom to the configuration (king or two twins) needed by the specific renter. Large walk in closets in the master along with a huge master bathroom provide all the storage and space any one could need. Furnishings and utensils are all new providing the quality experience of being in a property that is not dated or worn out.

Nice condo.

My husband and I rented this condo for February and March, 2017. We enjoyed staying in the condo with over 1,600 sq. ft., and liked the area very much. The condo really fit our needs in a quiet area with three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, three TVs, balcony facing north so we didn't get the hot afternoon sun, a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and an exercise facility a short walk away. We liked the fact that a grocery store, some restaurants, and some retail stores were within walking distance of the condo. The kitchen was adequately equipped with dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. It was nice to find some bathroom supplies available when we arrived, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, bathroom tissue, and facial tissues, so we didn't need to run to the store for these immediate needs. There were plenty of towels and bed linens available, as well. We, did, however, anticipate having upgraded cable TV; however, only basic cable stations were provided. Other than that, we would recommend this condo and intend to book in the future. Also, Wendy was very helpful in meeting all our needs, so, thank you, Wendy.

Caution - scam alert.

I rented this place over the holidays for my parents in law and my wife's grandmother. The first red flag was the solicitation by the manager to pay outside of the VRBO system by check directly to the manager/owner. I refused and asked to continue to use the VRBO system. Luckily I did, since I received an email from the manager telling me my in-laws had to be out a day earlier than we had booked for. This issue was resolved quickly - the manager claimed they had mistaken the days due to the holiday.

The condo itself is ok, the garage stank from the garbage can inside which made enetering the condo unpleasant. The plumbing is incredibly loud from the adjacent condo.

It is now well over 2 weeks since the rental ended, and I have not yet received the refund of my damage deposit. The manager asked me for my address to send the refund to, and I am still waiting.

Owner's Response: While the renter is entitled to his freedom of speech we would like to respond to the specific criticisms noted in his review of our property. We believe that his review may be in response to an erroneous review of him as a traveller posted by our property manager. The post was immediately removed once brought to our attention and an apology to the renter was given along with an explanation of the error that had occurred. Firstly, his assertion that he was solicited to pay by cheque rather than through the website, and that this was a “scam” is a misrepresentation of the facts. In order to allow our renter to save on the credit card processing fees associated with the site (a charge that is paid by our renters as set out in our contract), we do allow payment with a personal cheque. This is not a scam, and many of our renters appreciate saving fees wherever possible. Secondly, he goes on to intimate that his damage deposit was not returned within the contractual terms of two weeks after departure. Part of the reason for the delay was that we did not have a mailing address for the renter. Once we were able to contact him and receive the mailing address his deposit was sent back. The postal service between Canada and the United States is a little slower than within the continental U.S. so these returns, though timely, can seem to be delayed. Lastly, the complaints about the garbage and plumbing need to be addressed. This is not a stand-alone unit and individual tolerance for the shared sounds would account for this “incredibly loud plumbing” he refers to. Neither we, nor any of our other renters, have had this same concern, but noise can be an individual issue. Regarding the garbage, the HOA requires the garbage and recycling to be kept in the garage area and our intent is to limit the time waste is kept in that area while still complying with the collection schedule. Once again this is the first time a traveler has stated any such concern. Finally, we would like to reiterate there is no scam here, the property was rented for the term and cost stated in the contract and the damage deposit was returned. We have enjoyed a positive professional relationship with previous renters and will strive to continue to do so moving forward.

Trustworthy Management

We were in need of a short term rental (3 months) and it is so hard to find good honest people who are straight forward about their product. I was thrilled to stumble upon this condo! We had searched for months and so many places are over priced or never quite as nice as the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised to check in and find this condo to look exactly like the pictures and to be exactly what the owners represented. The property manager Wendy made our transition so much easier. She was quick to reply and extremely accommodating to our needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The transactions were smooth, there were no hidden costs or surprise charges, and Wendy was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful condo

This condo was more of a home than a vacation rental. It was very well maintained and well stocked. The condo is very spacious and the layout allows for privacy for all guests. The complex had great amenities and was well located. We would definitely go back. Great quality for a very reasonable price.
