Come stay in our furnished two bedroom apartment in the neighborhood voted Most Desirable in San Francisco! It's on two stories with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The top level has an open floor plan with an inviting wrap around sectional sofa, flat screen TV, dining area that seats six, fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, gas range, sliding glass doors that enter onto a full porch that runs the length of the building. Windows and the deck look out onto a private, colorful dense garden and koi pond. An easy to use gas grill and two sunny and private outdoor seating areas provide additional entertainment space.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and flat screen TV and DVD player and walk-in closets. One room has a desk that's ideal for a quiet workspace. The master bedroom is connected to its own private bathroom. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a hand crafted stone patio that leads to the garden.

Enjoy our outdoor ping pong table, wireless internet throughout, and detailed personalized visitors' guide with all kinds of recommendations for our wonderful Noe Valley neighborhood and throughout San Francisco as well.

There is plenty of easy on street parking on our block. No permits required.

Friendly, but very respectful owners live upstairs. The apartment is a fully separate unit and you will have your own private entrance. The apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the comforts of home while visiting one of the best cities in the world. And Noe Valley is truly a remarkable neighborhood. Many independent, locally owned stores and outstanding restaurants, lots of personality, charming cafes, good parks for kids, a Whole Foods grocery store within easy walking distance. Enjoy our vibrant local farmer's market on Saturday mornings.

Our location is perfect for easy access to public transportation that can take you downtown, over to the Castro (which is also an easy walk), or across the Bay. Heading to Silicon Valley? The Google bus stops very close to us!

We feel completely safe walking around the neighborhood any time of day or night. It's a really special part of San Francisco.

Ideal for romantic getaway, families, friends get together, business trips, grandparents visiting their kids in SF -- really just about anyone who wants a delightful place to hang out -- both inside and in the garden -- that's easy to get to downtown, but quiet enough to hear the birds and sleep well.

Your hosts are a friendly, professional lesbian couple, both artists—one is a glass sculptor, the other a documentary filmmaker. We have the best chocolate Labrador in the world.

Noe Valley is sunny, progressive, family friendly, and has a really vibrant personality. Located in the heart of San Francisco, it has bakeries and cafes, jazz bars, ice cream and gelato, Whole Foods grocery, cool clothing stores, interesting gift shops, great bookstores, fabulous restaurants. And it's a hop, skip, and jump from the rest of the city, which has endless, diverse attractions and people to explore.

What makes this apartment unique

We're on the same block as a community park, complete with a tennis court, basketball and a new state- of-the-art toddlers' play area. We're just around the corner from Firefly and Contigo, fantastic restaurants you won't want to miss. A few blocks away there is another playground for older children. A new fun coffee shop, recently opened on the corner.

Beautiful

This home was absolutely stunning. My friends and I had an amazing time the second we walked in the door. The house looks exactly like the pictures and the backyard is even more beautiful in person. There was a big binder for us with so much information like recommendations and directions. The beds were so soft we were trying to find out the mattress brand haha. Checking in/out was super easy and stress free. The kitchen is fully stocked, perfect for when we cooked breakfast every morning. The location was great 1 block from public transportation and very close to the scenic twin peaks. The hills in San Fran are no joke be prepared to get a calve workout if you plan to walk a lot.

This was a lovely place and I would come stay again and recommend to everyone. You can tell that the owners really give the welcome home feeling for their guest.

Great Location, Beautiful Flat, Well Appointed Home Away from Home.

My husband and I travelled from Southern California to celebrate my birthday. The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood. Shops, restaurants and public transportation is nearby and within walking distance. The flat was exactly as described, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and appropriate amenities. Beautiful garden in the back yard, lovely view. Only draw back was the musty smell in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on the basement level and walk out to the back yard. I understand that do to the amount of rain this past winter, they experienced some issues. It takes a little time for this to resolve so I fully understand why the odor. I would expect this problem to resolve with a little dry weather. Otherwise the home is perfect.

Great location but damp/musty in basement

The location was great, nice area, and local amenities. The negative was the damp, almost musty basement, where the bedrooms are. Came home and everything in suitcase is damp and smells musty. The upstairs living area did not have the same odour, just the basement. The instructions said to strip beds and start laundry when we left. Since leaving the house at 5 am to catch an 8:30 flight, felt a biit like inconsiderate neighbours starting laundry and hauling out the garbage (to the difficult to squeeze into trash cans), at 5 am. Enjoyed a local Thai restaurant, Sushi restaurant, and chocolate shop. Was a quiet neighbourhood and we made out fine with parking.

Owner's Response: Ah, the heavy rains this year have created some dampness. We are working now with our contractor to address and it will be better soon. Also, we're afraid you misunderstood the departure instructions! We only ask guests to strip the beds. No need to start laundry or to take the garbage out. Guess it was that early departure morning fog. Take care.

Fabulous oasis in the city.

My husband and I stayed with our two small children for 3 days during our recent visit to San Francisco. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Debra and Nancy have done an amazing job designing this duplex apartment, thinking of so many little details that made our stay all the more comfortable. There is a private entrance to the apartment which makes it feel like you have your own house, and the beautiful, manicured garden is available for guests to use, which our kids absolutely loved. It is as it's described, very sunny with lots of lovely SF light pouring in the morning. We found the very thorough welcome book they had prepared to be very helpful and took some recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is fantastic, very residential and quiet yet within quick walking distance to the nearby commercial streets such as 24th which offers great options for restaurants, little boutiques and even a Whole Foods. Nancy and Debra very helpfully arranged for a travel crib, booster seat and even some toys to be available for our kids! There is loads of storage and closet space, the bed linens are very high quality, the furniture, appliances, decor and carpets are all new, clean and pretty. They really did think of everything. We were sad to leave but we are certain that when we return to SF we will be hoping to stay here again. Thank you so much Debra and Nancy for such a lovely experience!!!
