This quiet, ocean view unit is on the 3rd floor of highly desirable building #5, in the inner circle. It has been beautifully renovated.

The living room has two large FLAT SCREEN TVs (50" in LR and 42" in bedroom), BLU-RAY/DVD PLAYER, luxury tropical style furniture, including a comfortable memory foam mattress on the QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, dining table/chairs and coffee and end tables.

The unit has been upgraded with a LUXURY KITCHEN with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS and TWO COMPLETELY RENOVATED BATHROOMS. The master bath has a WALK IN SHOWER with a top of the line Grohe rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The master bedroom has a KING BED (Serta Perfect Sleeper), 42" FLAT SCREEN TV, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

In addition, the closet on the lanai is stocked with BEACH CHAIRS, a beach umbrella and a cooler, as well as boogie boards and snorkel/masks. The desk in the living room has a computer (if you prefer to leave your computer at home), printer and several books, including guide books for your use. We also provide WIFI free to our guests, if you wish to bring your own laptop.

We loved everything, and thank you for getting the new air conditioning. It's working great. Doris was very helpful. This has been the most beautiful condo we've stayed in since we started to come to Maui in 1996.

The grounds are immaculate and they are always out there cleaning and trimming them. The pool is warm and clean. The workout area is ok could use an update. The condo had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The location is really close to Wailea and the beach couldn't ask for more. Overall a good stay would stay again!

Great unit with view

This was our fourth time staying at Kamaole Sands in Kihei. We love the complex with its location across from Kamaole III beach and near all the Wailea beaches. Unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. Had a great view out to the ocean and Kamaole Sands grounds. Was very close to the pool which our kids loved. Our only issue was the living room ceiling fan - sometimes it didn't turn on but that may be the operators fault!

Great location and comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our short five day stay. The view of the grounds and the pool from the lanai was a great way to start our day over coffee and to end the day with the sunsets. The condo complex is maintained very well. The pool was refreshing and not very busy. The barbeque areas were very clean and handy. The condo itself was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, including a blender for cold drinks. The bathrooms were on the small side but with two full baths, we used them as his and hers. We wanted a place with A/C but as suggested by Carol, the opening of the windows for the cross-winds and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. The location is perfect being across the street from a great beach and in easy walking distance to some shopping and restaurants. Carol was responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all, a great VRBO experience.

Beautiful Condo for a Beautiful Location

My wife and I have now stayed within the Kamoale Sands complex four times. Even though many of the condos are similar in layout Condo 5-303 has some nice little extras that make a vacation enjoyable. A few of these are the large screen TV's in the front room and the bedroom and the air conditioning in the bedroom. The lanai also offers a lovely view of the pool, grounds and ocean. And in the evening you have a wonderful view of the sunset. I will definitely make an effort to stay in this condo in the years to come.

Kamaole Sands condo

The location was great, lots of things nice and close. Property was very clean and well maintained. Our condo was great, exceeded our expectations. Missed having central air, but everything was as advertised, super clean and had everything we needed and more. Will definitely recommend this unit to our friends.

Really nice view

The balcony had a great view, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated. It was nice that the temperature inside was pleasant without any air conditioning. The crossbreeze and the ceiling fans seemed to keep it just right. The unit had just about everything you could need; the only thing I missed was having an IPod dock for listening to music. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!
