Welcome to our lovely and spacious (1000 sq. ft) 2BR/1.5 BA condo unit. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a ceiling fan and AC unit. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. A flat screen TV set with built-in DVD player for your entertainment. The kitchen has an easy to care counter top stove, double door refrigerator with built in ice maker, also equipped with all the small appliances you need. The 'The Bus' stop is just a few steps away from the building's main entrance. Basement parking space is also available.

Our condo unit is in a great location. Just two short blocks away from the famous Waikiki beach. It is so convenient being close to almost everything: shopping, dining, entertainment, convenience stores, public transportation and many other points of interest in the area. Short walking distance to the new Saks Fifth Avenue (used to be the International Market).

Fantastic condo in a great location!

This rental is fantastic! There were 2 couples in our party, and we had plenty of space. The condo was clean, with a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and all the little extras like beach chairs, towels, boogie boards. We rented a vehicle, and there is an underground parking space available, but the rental is in such a great location that you wouldn't need a car. Literally 2 blocks from Waikiki beach, 2 and a half blocks from a part of the beach sheltered by a breaker if you have little ones and need calmer water. Close to great restaurants and shopping, and public transit on the same block. You really can't get a better location, next to everything, yet not as loud as being right on the strip. Laundry facilities are right next to the unit, so you only need to pack a carry-on! James, the owner, is absolutely amazing to deal with. He's quick to respond, and very attentive to your needs. Clara, the property manager, is also fantastic. She even told us to call her if we were lost anywhere and needed directions! We were so pleased with our stay, this will definitely be our home away from home whenever we are in Oahu!

A little slice of home two blocks from the beach

This place was awesome, great price, a stones throw from the beach and near all the fun and shopping Waikiki has to offer. The rooms were huge and spacious with an ensuite in the master and full bathroom with shower near the guest room. The kitchen had everything you need including condiments, coffee, sugar etc. There were heaps of bath towels and beach towels and fun stuff like boogie boards, goggles and a large esky. I'm a very sound sleeper so the noise didn't bother me much, but you're in the heart of Waikiki so it's to be expected. This place would be perfect for a small family or two couples looking to get away from it all. The bus stop was right out front and takes you directly to the shopping centre Ala Moana for $2.50 or you can hire one of the cheapest cars directly across the road for about $20 a day. Hope to have the opportunity to come back and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

very nice

very nice place and very convenient. Close to the beach and shopping, restaurants ect, but it advertises 3 bathrooms and there are only 2. That would be the only down fall.

Our unit is a two bedroom and 1 and ½ bath and has been advertised that way since day one, nearly eight years now. Perhaps our unit may have crossed paths with another unit in your search. Great experience!

Great location....very close to Waikiki and all amenities. We had everything we needed and then some, provided by the owner in the Condo. Owner checked on us to see how everything was going and stressed that if we needed anything we could call. First time renting using VRBO and it was seamless and would do it again after this experience! Thanks Mr. Meredith I appreciate all your help!

great location

First of all, the location is great! It's close to pretty much everything. The apartment itself is nice and roomy. They just need to clean up the floor much more. I really love the fact that you can walk to almost anywhere and 5 mins walk to the beach. The parking garage though is very small so it's pretty hard if you have a big ride. Other than that everything is perfect. We had a great time!

Initially our tiled floors are swept and mopped prior to our guests arrival. We have changed our method of cleaning the floors from the padded floor machine cleaner to a cleaning solution application and a felt mop. This method should be very rewarding to our guests. Great location, but not great for sleeping

This condo is in a great location - about a 5 minutes (2 block) walk from the beach, and within walking distance to a variety of shops and places to eat. It's also well stocked with kitchen stuff, towels (bath & beach), as well as some beach toys for kids, some snorkels, etc, which was nice.

The condo contacts, Elena and Evelyn, were punctual in meeting us there the night we arrived, and were very sweet and helpful - mahalo, ladies!

However, the condo is on the third floor, which is actually the first floor up from the ground, and the second bedroom is right beside Hy's Steakhouse, right where you can hear conversations & various other noises coming from the restaurant employees. Even ear plugs couldn't keep out all those noises. From the main bedroom, garbage bins and trucks were what kept the two people in that room awake one night (until they both started sleeping with ear plugs, which helped).

The condo's visibly older but that wasn't really a big deal to us.

So, if you're a heavy(ish) sleeper, the location is - like I said - great. If that's your main concern, then this is the place for you. If comfort is important to you...it may not be ideal.
