Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
This condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a full kitchen with all the requirements for cooking/baking/etc., living room with a wood burning fireplace and a 40-inch LCD TV with Blu-Ray DVD, cable, and Wii console, and a complete dining room with seating for 4+. Washer and dryer (laundry) included. This was formerly our second home so it is truly well appointed and complete for comfortable living.
The Summit Stage (free county-wide bus service) has stops right down the street making it a breeze to get to Breckenridge (12 minutes) and Copper Mountain (5 minutes) ski resorts all day long. The short drive to Vail (25 minutes), Beaver Creek (35 minutes), Keystone (15 minutes), and A-Basin (20 minutes) makes this location the most central ski condo for Colorado resorts!
Ideally located just a few short blocks from Main Street Frisco, access to the Main Street shops and restaurants are just a short (less than five minute) walk through a residential area. It’s also a similarly short walk to the boating activities available at the Frisco Marina.
Despite this proximity to civilization, the property is literally only a few yards away from National Forest land, the Breckenridge-Frisco-Copper Mountain-Vail bike path, and several hiking trails. So, if you’re looking to get into nature right away, there’s no place better.

About John Tunks
We're a fun-loving local family of four. We love the mountains and want to share our love of this little slice of paradise. Come stay in our home-away-from home and see why we love it so much!

Why John Tunks chose Frisco
Nearby activities: If you're looking at this listing, you probably already know all of the fun outdoor activities that are available right out the front door in Frisco such as skiing (alpine and Nordic), sledding, ice skating, hiking, camping, biking, fishing, sailing, whitewater rafting, etc. Beyond the outdoor activities, Frisco and the nearby ski resorts host a variety of festivals, events, health spas, shopping, shows, and more. Every season has its own special activities, but they are all special and refill our souls. Frisco is only about a one and a half hour scenic drive or cab ride away from the Denver International Airport, so access couldn’t be easier.

Nice ski place
Everything as described, very well located , all you need for ski trip is there.
Clean place, very comfortable, with everything we needed for our ski trip. Convenient location, easy to get downtown or over to the resorts. John was great to work with, gave me advice on local shops and places to eat. There was a nice place to hang up our ski gear to dry each night as well. Was great to have breakfast and coffee, news on tv, and the internet each morning prior to heading out. Would be happy to stay here next time we visit.
John's condo was exactly as we anticipated, perfect! It was conveniently located and had all the comforts and essentials we needed. We appreciated the ease of getting to the condo and his directions and instructions were spot on! Our trip was perfect and we would definitely love to stay here on our next trip.
The VRBO posting was accurate description. It was a small 2 bedroom condo on the ground floor (nice short walk from car to condo, but some noise from above.) It was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and genuinely concerned with our experience.
Stay in Frisco Colorado
Really good place to stay in Frisco. Quiet and close to the forest. It's beautifull !
The owner is really nice. Prices are also super interesting.
Good central location
We loved the central location - it was easy to ski several different Summit County areas over the week we were there. The condo is comfortable, and was as described. John was prompt in answering our questions, and was very helpful in returning an item to us that got left behind (oops!). We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, central place to stay.
