Casa Indigo ... the bestthat Tucson has to offer.

  • 5 of 5

I have been to Tucson an incredible 33 times. What keeps me coming back? The unlimited and unsurpassed hiking opportunities of Tucson and SE AZ for one, and, just importantly, the extra quality of rental homes like Casa Indigo.

The home is located in the beautiful Tucson Mountains foothills in a really somewhat secluded cul-de-sac. I really liked the privacy it afforded.

The interior of the Casa Indigo home is well kept. It's spacious, clean, and fully stocked. I found the owners to be honest, concerned, and fully co-operative.

I especially enjoyed the outside area surrounding the home. From the shaded front porch, you can enjoy the home's spectacular cactus gardens. In the back is a spacious area for outside dining under a covered patio. Really great.

The swimming pool is a great area to unwind after a long day of trail hiking or sightseeing. I really enjoyed sipping wine by the pool ... moonlight at nights and just watching the brilliance of the stars.

Casa Indigo is close to a major street that bisects the city and it's only a few miles from the Interstate. Very convenient.

In addition to all the hiking opportunities, Tucson offers many and varied other interesting alternatives for guests. Quality restaurants, friendly people, dynamic sunrises and sunsets, and activities, indoors and outdoors.

Make Casa Indigo your home base and enjoy all that Tucson and SE AZ have to offer. You won't be disappointed.

What a town and what a home away from home.

I'm coming back for two weeks in the Fall an for four weeks in the Winter.

Mountain Retreat

  • 5 of 5

Casa Indigo is a great place to go end enjoy the Desert. The nighttime view of the city is phenomenal! During the daytime you can enjoy all the wildlife of the Desert including Deer, Javelina, Hummingbirds (there are three feeders outside on the front porch), and Woodpeckers. The house is well equipped and there are nearby Grocery stores which make it convenient to cook at home and enjoy a star filled sky. Downtown is only ten minutes away which makes it convenient to do business during the day and then escape to the quiet Mountains in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning again soon!

Another pleasant stay!

  • 5 of 5

We just got back from our three week stay in Tucson at Casa Indigo. It is so nice to be able to get outside of town and enjoy the quiet of the Desert and yet be so close. The house is nice and comfortable with plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen is well stocked as are the sheets and towels. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Tucson sensation!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at Casa Indigo. It is like stepping back in time. Loved the house. It was furnished in mid century furnishings. The kitchen was updated and well equipped. We invited another couple to join us on our vacation and that worked really well. We had plenty of room. The house was very clean and neat, and David was a pleasure to work with. We stayed in January, so couldn't take advantage of the beautiful pool.

I would recommend this rental to anyone, and would love to stay here again! The house sits at the end of a cul de sac and has a large lot, so it seems like you are away from all the hubbub of the city, yet you are not far from restaurants and the Safeway. The location was close to some of the activities we enjoyed, like Gates Pass, and the Sonoran Desert Museum. The raptor show was really interesting. We wanted to sleep in, but just couldn't do it.....we didn't want to miss even one of the gorgeous sunrises!!! Great photo ops! The cactus garden landscaping is awesome, too. Then there were the evenings, when the city comes to life and the lights sparkle from almost every window.

We enjoyed the Titan Missile Museum, Bach's Cactus Nursery, Philabaum's Glass Studio, DeGrazia's art museum, San Xavier Mission, Sabino Canyon, Tombstone and Boot Hill, Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant, and even got a class in glass blowing from the Sonoran Glass Studio.

We had the rental for two weeks and the last day was a downer!!!! We had to leave, and didn't want to go.

Beautiful location

  • 5 of 5

We had a family gathering at Casa Indigo in late October. The house was perfect for all of us. We loved the open layout and we did grill outside 2 nights while there and loved the back patio and pool. The location is just beautiful and very secluded. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Relaxing Casa Indigo

  • 5 of 5

My family just spent the last three weeks in Tucson at the Casa Indigo property and loved it. Dave, who is the new owner of the property, is a real pleasure to deal with. He was very quick to respond to my initial inquiries about the house as well as responding to all my follow up emails. The kitchen is very well stocked and spacious layout is really nice for relaxing in the evening after a long day of business. The location was very important to us, close to the freeway, near a grocery store and centrally located to town. The house is up on a rise which gives you a great view of the town lights at night and a spectacular Sunrise in the morning. Thanks for the enjoyable stay Dave, hope to see you next year!
