As the elevator whisks you from the secure underground parking area directly to the elegant, private foyer of unit 201 - note the carved crown moldings and the amber, crystal chandelier. Just past the foyer is a hand painted bar, which when opened offers wine glass storage and mirrored elegance for your private parties.

The sumptuous master bedroom offers a fireplace with stone columns and a 43 inch flat panel TV - both in view from the king sized Plantation Bed or the reading nook with its comfortable full size sofa. The intracoastal bonus room provides one more large flat panel TV over a generous media cabinet, which can be viewed from two deep daybeds with piles of comfy pillows for lounging. This room also offers a wet bar with beverage fridge for instant cold drinks. At night the room can accommodate up to 4 guests on the real twin mattresses - no one has to endure the discomfort of a fold away. The room could also easily convert to a large king bedded suite, complete with wet bar/coffee bar for the lucky occupants of this 4th bedroom..

The oceanfront great room boasts a 52 inch flat panel TV, and a leather sectional with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. An adjacent reading nook provides a fireplace with built in bookshelves and comfortable seating. As in the rest of the condo exclusive art and accessories give the space the look and feel of a high end personal residence

The large kitchen is flanked by a formal dining area with a 'Bob Mackie' designer table and leather chairs that accommodates 6 comfortably. Casual dining for 4 is available in the nook and the long granite topped bar has swivel stools for additional casual dining.

The ocean side lanai is equipped with a dining table, chaise lounges and deep seating surrounding the outdoor fireplace, which like all the fireplaces in the unit can be operated with heat on chilly mornings or evenings, or without heat for ambiance any time of the year.

Enjoy wireless Internet or HD programming on the flat panel TVs Even though the building is a private and secure 14 units, it is only minutes away from grocery stores, shopping and some of the best restaurants on the coast. It is 15 minutes from the Daytona International Speedway and many fine golf courses are close by. The Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine and Orlando Theme Parks are only an hour away.

2017 Bike week, 3 couples

  • 5 of 5

This was my second time here, and I absolutely love it. It is just perfect, the bikes are safe, its away from all the craziness. The place is so relaxing and beautiful, the view is the best you can get! I cant wait to come back, I just love it! The only negative was the owner or tenant in unit 401 was very rude. We mistakenly took his newspaper out of the elevator and he came to our apartment and was very rude to my friends. Im sure he just didn't like the notion of "bikers" in the building, but he was out of line and it was uncalled for. Who new the missing Wednesday morning paper was the end of the world. My friends handled it respectfully as they always would. I just thought you should know, so you can warn the next nice people that rent....don't touch the newspaper! Thank you for a great place to stay, look forward to returning in a couple years.

Fun in the sun

  • 5 of 5

We booked this condo months in advance and looked forward to the warm weather and sun. Two weeks before our scheduled

arrival hurricane Matthew hit the Daytona area. The condo was protected by storm shutters and suffered no damage. The pool

and boardwalk to the beach however felt the fury. During our stay the pool became usable and was excellent. We used the beach

by an alternate access. Bottom line all went well.

This property was beautiful and worked very well for our party. We will book this property in the future.

What an incredible vacation home getaway! Everything exceeded our expectations. The owners answered all of our questions before hand and made sure we had no further questions. This condo is amazing and so private, spacious and luxurious. My friends and I felt like we were in a 5 star hotel! This one will not disappoint! Can't wait to return! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great view from balcony and very spacious

  • 4 of 5

The view of the ocean from the back balcony was great. The unit is very spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 children. Liked that no one could drive on the beach in this area. We arrived at 11am and called to let them know that if the cleaning crew finished early to please let us know. We had been driving for 16 hours straight so we just wanted to see if it was a possibility. We were told that it there was a good possibility and that he would give us a call so we would know. We stayed within a short distance of the condo just in case. Hours went by until it was 3:00pm. We called to check on the progress. That's when we were told that it would probably be closer to 4pm before we could check in. That's the normal time anyway, so we just wish that we would have been told from the beginning that there was no possibility of an early check in. Upon checking in, we felt like we were bothering the lady from Kingston Towers condo. She was short with us and did not want to answer questions. She directed the questions to the guy that the owners have hired to show renters the condo. Unfortunately, he really could not answer a lot of the questions we asked. We had to figure quite a few things out on our own. The first night the smoke detector right outside mine and my husband's room started chirping. My husband had to get a chair to reach the detector and he took the battery out. It still chirped! He then unwired it from the ceiling and it still chirped. It eventually stopped. The next day we noticed several burnt out light bulbs throughout the unit. I found 2 spares, one of them was burnt out too. We saw a maintenance guy by the pool on Monday and told him the issues. He said he would check his inventory and let us know. We never heard from him again! One of the light bulbs that was out was in my bathroom. It was pretty dull in there so I would have liked to have been able to see when I was getting ready each day. We were told at the end of the week that the maintenance guy works for Kingston Towers NOT for this unit. Maybe he should have told us that from the beginning. One night the washer overflowed out into the hallway, unbeknownst to any of us. My daughter was walking through the hallway and slipped and fell because of the water. Thankfully, she did not get hurt very badly. The condo was NOT very clean at all. We expected it to be spotless considering we had to wait until 4 to check in. If you have no problems during your stay, the condo would be great.

Owner's Response: We apologize for these issues during your stay with us. Perhaps there was a miscommunication and you were not aware that issues with maintenance should been directed to me, so that I could have resolved them quickly. We discourage early check ins, in an effort to give the cleaning crew ample time to thoroughly clean this large four bedroom unit. The owners of the Kingston Tower strive very hard to make our vacationing guest feel very comfortable but sometimes minor issues happen out of everyone's control. Fortunately complaints such as yours about our beautiful condominium have been very rare. We do appreciate your feed back as it will help us make future guest more comfortable during their stay. Sincerely, The Owners of the Kingston Tower
