The condominium has two bedrooms, large closets and two full bathrooms. It has a king sized bed, two twin beds and a queen sized hide-a-bed. The master bedroom and living areas face the Gulf of Mexico where you can hear the sounds of the surf and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.
For your convenience, we have free long distance, HDTV, HBO and Show Time, DVD Blue Ray, and high-speed internet/WiFi at no cost to you. We all love our pets, so we welcome your pet with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. The property sleeps 6 people comfortably and was updated in 2015/2017. I spent over $95,000 to update it, both bathrooms were updated (5/2017) with new tile, new bath tub shower enclosures, fixtures/faucets, beveled glass mirrors, tile planks in the bedrooms/bathrooms. New granite countertops/sinks and new windows and sliding glass doors with high impact hurricane glass and tile planks in the living room, dining room, kitchen and lanai. The tile planks look like hardwood floors, brand new sofa/hide-a-bed with an extra thick 8" mattress and love seat (July, 2016), new chair and ottoman Oct., 2016, all of the wicker furniture in the dining room a bar stools were painted and were reupholstered (Dec., 2016), new heating/AC system, new kitchen, new hot water heater, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new living room furniture, new beds, new carpet, new lanai furniture, and three flat screen TV's/DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room has a new 50" flat screen TV (5/2016) HDTV and HBO and SHOWTIME movie channels at no cost. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot and blender.
