Golden Beach is a great secluded Gulf front town home (beach house). Located at the end of Southwinds Drive, this 4-unit complex is a getaway from the hustle and bustle, but still within driving distance to excellent restaurants, recreational activities and shopping. As you enter the town home, you experience the spacious open kitchen, living and dining room area is furnished with island appeal. In this three story town home, guests enjoy a magnificent, panoramic, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features screened-in pocket sliding glass doors on the second floor and angled bedrooms on the third floor. Brand new sofa/hide-a-bed with extra thick 8" mattress, love seat (Nov, 2015), All of the wicker was freshly painted and all of the furniture in the dining room, bar stools and lanai were reupholstered ( Sept., 2016), new 'pillow top' beds were purchased in November, 2015. Also a new heating/AC system, new bed spreads/shams/pillows, new master bedroom furniture, new 60' flat screen TV in the living room, new carpet, reupholstered the dining room/bar stool/lanai chairs, September, 2016, new washer/dryer and hot water heater in 2016. The entire townhome was painted and deep cleaned September/2016 and all of the windows/sliding doors and front door were replaced with high impact hurricane glass also in August of 2015. Kuerig and regular coffee makers in completely furnished kitchen.
The third floor has three bedrooms, large closets and two full bathrooms with double sinks. The home has two large bedrooms with brand new 'pillow top' king sized beds for our guests, with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can hear the sounds of the surf and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It also has brand new 'pillow top' twin beds. A brand new queen sized sleeper sofa on the second floor and love seat (Oct., 2016). Updated bathrooms with new tile, bath tub, shower enclosures, fixtures, mirrors and granite countertops/new sinks (9/2017). Replaced the carpet with tile planks that look like hardwood floors in the bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways (10/17).
The pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and the boardwalks offer convenient access to the beach. The down stairs cabana is furnished and includes a studio size refrigerator. A full two car garage is a nice added feature. For your convenience, we have high-speed Internet, WiFi, DVD Blue Ray and HDTV with HBO and Show Time movie channels at no cost to you.
We welcome your pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. The property sleeps 8 people comfortably and I spent over $95,000 recently to update my gulf front townhome.

Our family of 6 (4 teenagers) had a great time here for Spring Break. Sanibel is incredible to begin with but this beachfront spot, with a pool...it was PERFECT!! We enjoyed the view, the sand, shells, conveniences of home, and an excellent location. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful. We look forward to returning.
FANTASTIC BEACH HOUSE !!
The minute you enter you know that this is the place you have been searching to find! This is the ultimate BEACH HOUSE!! The location could not be better and the home is appointed perfectly to match. Within only days after we arrived, the owner called to make sure everything was in place for us. We were back for our second year and have booked it for 2019.
Loved this home with its breathtaking ocean views.
The property is ideally located on an uncrowded beach yet close to everything. It has everything you could want for a three generation family vacation. Attractively decorated and many lovely features.
A Great Stay On Sanibel!
We loved staying at Jim H's place on Sanibel. We were down for a week-long baseball tournament in Ft. Myers and used the opportunity to stay on the beach (it was a quick 30 minute drive to Hammond where the Twins have spring training). The condo is located right on the beach - a huge plus to be able to stroll right the the beach and relax. The unit was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and the bathrooms upstairs recently remodeled and nice. Also, Jim has a garage downstairs filled with great stuff - bikes, beach toys and chairs, washer/dryer, and more. All in all it was a great stay - so much better then the almost equally expensive Ft. Myers hotel!
Tropical and lovely!
We absolutely loved Golden Beach #4. The first floor was very roomy and light. There were puzzles and games and the grandkids enjoyed the pullout couch. Two bedrooms upstairs had ocean views and the other one had twin beds which were perfect for the granddaughters. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and toys in the garage. The pool was very nice, but honestly, we spent most of the time on the beach. The shelling is out of this world! I can’t imagine anything to add to Golden Beach to make our stay any nicer. Thank you to Jim Heckert for maintaining an exceptional vacation rental.
This is a great property with a wonderful pool. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and called once we arrived to check if we needed anything.
The property was well maintained and clean. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone. If you plan on staying, an abundance of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, floats, coolers, fishing poles, bikes, and a pack and play are furnished.

Cancellation policy: $85 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days of arrival and refund of deposit. Inside of 60 day prior to the guest arrival, it depends if I can rent it and at what rate. If it is rented at the same rate, the guest would get their deposit back minus the $85 cancellation fee that my management company charges. This is a pet friendly town home with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
