Scottsdale Arizona at its best. Unbeatable McCormick Ranch location. This updated and modern end unit is a single level with no one above. Spacious 2 car garage is just steps to back patio entrance. Patio is walled-in for privacy with gas BBQ, eating area, and lounge chairs. There is a separate family room open to kitchen but there's also a formal living room with atrium & dining area. Master bedroom is split for privacy with walk in closet. Master has king bed while guest room has queen. There is a 3rd bedroom that is furnished as an office. It's a quiet and bright room overlooking an atrium and with a twin sofa bed, if needed. Updated furnishings and baths with double sinks in master. Extremely well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and supplies. The heated community pool is directly across from the unit. The location is fantastic just 25 minutes from the airport. Close to downtown Scottsdale's shopping, dining and galleries. Walking distance to golf, shops and LA Fitness. Located adjacent to the McCormick Ranch greenbelt there's biking, jogging and roller blade paths available. You can also walk to golf, nearby shops, and grocery store.

This was my parents winter home before my husband and I bought it in 2003. The location is convenient to everything, yet private for relaxing on the patio or enjoying family and friends.

This is a perfect location and Scottsdale probably has the best winters in the country. Lots of activities like FBR Open, Barrett Jackson Classic Car Show and The Arabian Horse Show all in January. Scottsdale also has some of the best restaurants and golf courses in the country.
We can walk to shopping, dining and I take advantage of a short term membership available at LA Fitness. We love the morning walks along McCormick Parkway with the views of the McCormick Ranch Golf course and the McDowell Mountains. We also love the south facing patio and sitting on the chaises for sun and cool afternoon drinks. The kitchen is so well equipped I never have to worry if I have enough dishes or pots and pans for cooking and entertaining. Just a wonderful place to spend some warm sunny days in the winter.
This is a great rental home well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is just like being at home. The location is in a very quiet neihborhood. It is also well located in the Scottsdale area. The swimming pool is nicely heated and clean. Finally, Diana is a wonderfull renter and so easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it to anyone.
This is a great rental home. My wife (who is extremely particular) stated that she felt "at home" the minute we walked in the door. This is an upscale home that is well located in the Scottsdale area - it seems like it is close to everything. And I can't forget to mention that the garage is a real plus. Diana is easy to work with - we wanted to extend our stay for 2 weeks while we were finalizing the purchase of a home - no problem. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it to anyone.
What a great house in a great location! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. It was just like being at home. Love the outside area. So relaxing and comfortable. Can't wait to come back over and over again.
This home lives up to its description. It is comfortable, updated and very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped if you love to cook. If shopping is your thing it is a short distance to great shopping. if you are active it is a block away from a terrific bike path system and close to the highway if hiking is your thing. Diana is an organized, very pleasant and is easy to contact to discuss any issues that arise. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.
