About the Property

House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft (2 twins) and Convertible bed, 3 Baths,

Bright and airy with open Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen - great for entertaining. Hardwood floors with terra cotta tiles in the kitchen and Corion countertops. Wrap around porch and large deck overlooking private, heated pool. (Please note: pool only heated when outside temperature is above 65F.) Large master with Jacuzzi tub in en-suite bath.

Two blocks to a deep and private part of the beach. Only 20 minutes to downtown Charleston with great restaurants and sightseeing attractions. 10 minutes to Mt. Pleasant shops, golf courses, plantations and restaurants as well. Across from the Intracoastal with views of the marshes to the west.

Recently decorated home in a family-oriented beach community. Large rec room with ping pong and other games. Golf cart rental can be arranged locally. Beds include 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 twins (2 upstairs in the 'crow's nest' and 2 in a main floor bedroom), bunk beds and a foldout sofa-bed. Full size futon also in small rec room. High speed wireless internet included.

About the owner: We are Dan and Barb Brown. We own and manage 3 vacation properties on Isle of Palms. We live in Evanston IL and enjoy our visits to the Charleston area, especially with grandkids. We pride ourselves on providing comfortable accommodations with an emphasis on service including expedited check-in. IOP offers a great beach and family-oriented community close to downtown and the airport. Lots of nearby attractions (plantations, restaurants, aquarium, historical sites, etc.) and the golf is great. We hope you enjoy the Low Country as much as we do!

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms, SC, USA:
IOP has a 6 mile beach that's clean and uncrowded. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston and the airport. Great Low Country cuisine, golf and other sports, plus lots of historical attractions make this the ideal family destination.

Easy access (about 100 yards) to the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to the Front Beach area with shops and restaurants. Private pool to enjoy when not at the beach.
