Clean, spacious rental in GREAT location

  • 5 of 5

Loved our stay. The property is in a great location and easily accommodated our group (two families for a total of 11 people!). Brian was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Pros - CLEAN and spacious location on edge of Bucktown/Wicker Park; walk to Jeni's Ice Cream/Stan's Doughnuts; walk or bike 606 elevated path; Chicago Divvy bikes steps away; L stop super close (which means trains rumble by and can be loud, but didn't mind in house). Cons - could use some more cutlery!

Highly recommend.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for your feedback. I will be sure to upgrade the cutlery. Great group of people that I would welcome back anytime.

The house is quite nice and big!

  • 4 of 5

We had 2 families with 9 people. There were plenty of beds for all even my 6'8" son!

The house is very near the L train so very convenient. It took a little time to get used to the noise but we would definitely stay here again. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby if you don't want to go into the city. The manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice and Spacious

  • 4 of 5

This property was very spacious and it met the needs for our 8 family members being together at Christmas. Brian met us at the designated time and showed us around the house. Two improvements needed: fixing the stove and upgrading the bedding. With only one working knob on the stove it was a bit challenging cooking a large Christmas meal. In regards to the bedding, the master mattress needs to be replaced. It sags in the middle and is on an incline. Also, the pillows in all rooms need to be replaced. They were flat and uncomfortable. All in all it was nice for our large group and very convenient to the L. The neighborhood has many good restaurants and bars to choose from.

Great place to stay for a large group in Chicago

  • 5 of 5

The house was spacious so my whole family could stay together comfortably. The house was located in a nice area of town where you could walk to shops and especially to the L station which was only one block away. I would suggest anyone who has a group going to Chicago to rent this house it was really nice.
