Why Sarah Clemensen chose Salt Lake City

I bought this property in my early 20's and have slowly renovated it into a luxury space for travelers to enjoy. Salt Lake City has the best skiing in the world and that is what has brought me here. This location is convenient to everything SLC has to offer. Being a resident of SLC for over 15 years this is and always will be my favorite location. Everything you can imagine is close by or within walking distance and it is a fun trendy neighborhood to explore.

Loved this place!!

We stayed here for a week and this place is wonderful. It's within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything that you would normally have in your own home for preparing and cooking meals. We relied on public transportation and you can't beat the bus stop being right outside the front of the house. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal and Sarah was very quick to take care of it. She's gone above and beyond to make you comfortable during your stay. We loved our time here and would stay again. Highly recommend!

Place with a lot of character

I found the unit on 9th and 9th to be one with a lot of character. It's an older unit that has been updated and renovated nicely. The steam shower was a really nice place to relax. I also found the bed to be very soft and comfortable. Somewhat surprising given the location of the unit to a busy street (9th) I found the unit quite quiet at night.

In fairness to the VRBO universe let me add a few critical comments: 1) parking is only a narrow driveway that sometimes did have other vehicles in it...which did relegate me to parking on the street sometimes; 2) oven is limited to a toaster oven (a very good toaster oven, but a toaster oven nonetheless); 3) TV is not high definition (admittedly I am a TV snob, but watching non high definition can be annoying).

Nonetheless, the place is well appointed, hard wood and tile floors throughout. The pictures are accurate as to what the unit is like. Ceilings are all vaulted and the back room with the elliptical is a nice space to relax. I stayed for over a month and would recommend the unit to anyone visiting Salt Lake.

charming and cozy in central location

1 bedroom w extra sleeping loft for our son made for a perfect 5 d stay while skiing around Salt Lake City

The apartment is the upstairs unit in a vintage cottage w modern amenities recently renovated with great attention to craft style details. Small but comfortable and the owners were pleasant and attentive. Would stay there again

Cute condo in great area of the city.

We spent a week in SLC and found this condo to be very comfortable and in a great area of the city. Several restaurant options were within walking distance or a very short drive. My son and his friends loved the loft.

Absolutely the Best!

I've been using VRBO for many years and I've stayed in a lot of great properties, but this is the best. Read the rest of the reviews. All the good things people say about Sarah and this wonderful property are true, so I won't bother repeating them. The suite is an amazing mixture of character, good taste, and luxury. When I write reviews, I like to mention the bad along with the good, but I can't think of any downsides here.

Sunshine

We found this a terrific place to unwind and reground ourselves at the end of very busy Conference days!

Hardwood and tile floors, many windows for light, a great back porch to relax or the TV room for entertaining time. The location is perfect, transit right outside the door, and everything you could need within a block or two.

We were heading to the city center each day and it was less than 15 minutes, even in busy traffic.

The bed, ahhhhhh, and the steam shower, amazing. : )

A lovely home away from home for sure.
