Why Sandalfoot Office chose Florida

We love the location of Sandalfoot, and the wonderful views we have down the coastline. Since Sandalfoot was constructed before restrictions went into effect on the island, it's much closer to the gulf than adjoining properties - so we have some really great views.

What makes this condo unique

We love to enjoy the sound of the waves, the great shelling, the nice pool environment we have (it's a real community feel), and when exploring the island, you can't beat the shops and the great restaurants. Sanibel is really distinct, and we just love it.

We are from the U.K. and found the accommodation to be first class, with superb views fron the lanai and windows, especially at sunrise. Our 6 year old had plenty of space and loved to share the large master bed with us. I would recommend this well equipped unit to those who enjoy dolphins swimming past, endless wildlife nearby, plus peace and tranquility. We loved every minute of our stay.

Sanibel Island is a barrier island just off the southwest coast of Florida by Fort Myers. The Island is about 12 miles long and 4 miles wide, and is known around the world for it's fabulous shelling beaches. Due to Sanibel Island's unique geographical orientation, lying East to West instead of North to South, it acts as a scoop and gathers seashells along it's beaches. Throughout the year, thousands of visitors come to enjoy Sanibel's beaches and hunt for that special seashell. Sanibel has an average temperature of around 75 degrees. While Sanibel Island is a wildlife refuge in and of itself, over 60% of the island is actually protected wildlife preserves. There are over 26 miles of bike trails and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches.
