The Kihei Alii Kai is located in sunny South Kihei. Unit # D203 (building D) is a NON-SMOKING one bedroom condo & perfect for two people. We have equipped the condo with everything you need, all you have to do is relax and enjoy your vacation! The kitchen is equipped to prepare your favourite meals to enjoy on the lanai or in the unit. The condo has ceiling fans in kitchen, living room and bedroom, there is also a tower fan in the bedroom. The unit has a washer/dryer along with an iron & ironing board, a hair-dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. Free WiFi, and Free long distance calling to Canada and the US. The condo is also equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, mats, beach umbrella, thermal bag and cooler for a fun day at the surrounding gorgeous beaches, also boogie boards - ALL USED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The complex features a large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, outside showers to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, two BBQ areas are available for your use. Tennis courts, (covered parking under the tennis courts) and lots of open air parking up at the back of the complex.

Just a short walk down the drive-way (across S. Kihei Rd.) you will find Kama'ole Beach Park I, continue your walk and you come to Kama'ole Beaches II & III. The three beaches combined stretch nearly a mile with views of neighboring islands and Molokini. You can also enjoy snorkelling at Kama'ole Beach I, II & III.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets in the evening while having dinner. Watch the Whales from the Lanai during the winter months.

An easy walk to many fine restaurants, shopping, ABC's newly opened deli, a coffee shop just down the driveway, Cinnamon Roll Place, Kihei Aloha Ice Cream and a Subway just down the road. The bus stop for the on-island public transit system is a short walk down S. Kihei Rd. just before the ABC Store/Chevron Gas Station.

Cancellation Policy:

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival. Cancellation on or after arrival date - all funds forfeited. If condo can be re-rented, a pro-rata may be issued.

There is an initial supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent etc for your use. Any additional supplies are guest responsibility. Kitchen was renovated in 2011 and is fully equipped - Microwave, Coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, electric kettle, rice cooker. Plasticware for use at BBQ areas. Bedroom + bathroom (sink/vanity/ & toilet) renovated in 2012. Binoculars, beach towels, beach chairs, 2 wet noodles, mats and beach umbrella, cooler bag. Boogie boards (USED AT YOUR OWN RISK). Tennis Racquets and balls. Hair Dryer and Curling Iron.

Tax Rate 14.42%

Rates are subject to change without notice unless reservations are already secured. Rates are based on double occupancy, any additional guests are $10 per night per person.

Payment can be made only in the form of a US Bank Draft, US Certified Cheque or US Cashiers Cheque. Credit Cards/Paypal are not accepted. To secure dates there is a Reservation Deposit of $250 US (which converts to a Damage Deposit upon your arrival). This Deposit must be received within seven (7) days of booking. Full Payment (US funds) of the rental fee including Hawaii Taxes is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.
NOTE: Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date require full payment plus the $250.00 US Reservation/Damage Deposit.

Cleaning fee - $90.00 US for stays less than seven (7) nights.

Late Checkout fee - $60.00 US

Lost keys - $50.00 US charge for lost keys

Cancellation Policy: Notice must be given in writing. if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival full refund will be given. if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival $100 cancellation fee, UNLESS condo can be re-booked. If so, refund will be pro-rated less the cancellation fee. Early departure/shortened stay does not warrant any refund unless we are able to re-book the unit for that time period.
