Hi I'm Luca, and I manage 514 A & B Oristo Ridge. I am new to Edisto beach, as I spent most of my property management career on the Isle of Palms. Edisto has a very serene vibe which I have come to love. I grew up in NYC and moved to Charleston 9 years working as a field manager for vacation rentals. In late 2020 I was licensed in the state of SC and started my own Property Management business Premier Property Management Charleston. (www.ppmcharleston.com). I pride myself with a hands on attention to detail service for all my properties, and I am excited to continue to grow my business and become part of the Edisto community.

Oristo Haven is exactly as it sounds. Its location is tucked in on a quiet cul de sac, and surrounded by large oak trees, just two blocks to the ocean path. Great for families! Five bed rooms and three baths with a new game room under the house. Sit back and relax as you watch the many flocks of Pelicans fly to their "Pelican Parties" on the ocean. When you are ready to return home enjoy an outdoor shower with peaceful wildlife that surrounds. Newly installed industrial ceiling fans and lounge area makes is easy to relax after a beach day.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
