Overview

About the property

Condo, 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Perfect location for a Park City ski vacation or mountain bike retreat. Walk two blocks down to Main Street where you can dine at world class restaurants, browse art galleries, or shop for a new ski outfit. The unit is located at the bottom of Quittin' Time ski run and when conditions allow, you can ski to the back of the building. It is a short walk (100 paces) to get on the run to ski down to the Town Lift. The garage has a closet to house your skis/boots/gear to minimize clutter in the living area. In summer and fall, the condo is prime location to use as a base to attend Deer Valley concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street, mountain bike on world class trails, hike in beautiful Park City, or ride the alpine slide at PCMR.

Take the airport shuttle and you won't even need a car during your vacation. There is a free town shuttle service. If you do have a car, it will stay dry inside the garage. The driveway is heated, so snow accumulation will not be a problem.

The unit was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. There is free WI-FI through the building and in warmer weather you can use the large deck that overlooks Old Town which is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has new granite countertops, gas range and stainless appliances, and includes a coffee maker (with automatic timer so you can awaken to the smell of fresh coffee).

We live in Salt Lake City and use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. We are available by phone if any issues arise. Great week in Park City

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful ski week in Park City and felt very fortunate to have such a nice place to call home. The apartment is comfy and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the large couch in the living room, where we would happily collapse after a long day of skiing. We liked the big windows (doors to the deck, really) in the living room as they let in a lot of light and gave us something to look out at as we sat on the couch! As others have noted, the location is perfect - close to town and close to the slopes. The beds were comfortable too. I appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked as we cooked dinner in several nights. The place is on the smaller side - though it really wasn't an issue for us at all, especially we out much of the time. So, unless you really want a lot of space, I don't think you can go wrong here.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the kind review, Suzanne. Glad you enjoyed your stay and that you made use of the kitchen. We like to use the condo ourselves, so keep the kitchen stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving utensils, coffee maker, cutting boards, knives, blender, etc. It's great to be able to make meals there, especially in the height of ski season, as dinner reservations are sometimes tough to make. Admittedly, this is not the condo to rent if you are looking for space to sprawl, but we agree that the location is ideal. If you utilize the cabinets to store food, keep ski gear in the garage (where there are glove and boot dryer & ski racks), and use the hooks, hangers, chest of drawers, it is plenty of space for 6 skiers. Spring time also allows use of the size able deck and grill. The photos are a fair representation of what to expect. Between the location, a comfortable, well stocked space, and great communication between us and the guests there's a reason for so many positive reviews to date. All the best, Rob & Rina

Great Condo

  • 5 of 5

The condo was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is a great location for access to the slopes and a short walk to town. The owner (Rob) was extremely responsive and accommodative.

Updated, clean, and comfortable condo.

  • 5 of 5

Our party of five stayed here in early March 2017 for a week. This is great location. Several steps up to the ski hill where you can ski down to the town lift. Thanks to the epic pass, we never waited in a lift ticket line. We started with a few ski days on our pass and added them as needed online.

Several steps down to historic Park City. Great night life and restaurants.

We cooked and grilled several days in the condo as well as going downtown to restaurants.

Great time and great place!

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review. Spring is a great time to visit as the skiing conditions are usually sunny and warm, but March is historically the snowiest month, so you can get lucky with a springtime powder day! The warm weather also allows use of the deck space at the condo. We agree that the location is ideal for walking to and from Main Street as well as accessing the ski runs via the Town Lift.

Great location, very nice condo...

  • 5 of 5

My party was 3 adults and 1 toddler. We had more than enough room and didn't even use the upstairs bedroom. The condo has been renovated easily within past several years and is in immaculate condition. The kitchen although smaller in size, contains everything you'll need for making meals. We loved having coffee on the huge balcony in the mornings. Walking distance to anything in old town. The Corson's were great hosts...couldn't have asked for more! Thanks for the great place...
