Overview

About the property

Condo, 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Perfect location for a Park City ski vacation or mountain bike retreat. Walk two blocks down to Main Street where you can dine at world class restaurants, browse art galleries, or shop for a new ski outfit. The unit is located at the bottom of Quittin' Time ski run and when conditions allow, you can ski to the back of the building. It is a short walk (100 paces) to get on the run to ski down to the Town Lift. The garage has a closet to house your skis/boots/gear to minimize clutter in the living area. In summer and fall, the condo is prime location to use as a base to attend Deer Valley concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street, mountain bike on world class trails, hike in beautiful Park City, or ride the alpine slide at PCMR.

Take the airport shuttle and you won't even need a car during your vacation. There is a free town shuttle service. If you do have a car, it will stay dry inside the garage. The driveway is heated, so snow accumulation will not be a problem.

The unit was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. There is free WI-FI through the building and in warmer weather you can use the large deck that overlooks Old Town which is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has new granite countertops, gas range and stainless appliances, and includes a coffee maker (with automatic timer so you can awaken to the smell of fresh coffee).

We live in Salt Lake City and use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. We are available by phone if any issues arise. Owner's Response: Sean, Thanks for your review. We know that having great communication with guests can make all the difference in their vacation experience. Glad you enjoyed your stay. You will have to come back when we get some snow to experience Utah powder! Whatever the weather, though, it's always a great time out on the slopes. You either have stormy weather with great snow or great sunny weather and views and groomers to enjoy. Hope to see you again. Rob (I will assume that Richard was an autocorrect error?)

Old Town Condo is Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

We gathered from 3 different states, 1 country in Europe and 1 in the Far East for our annual Christmas gathering. Rob and Rina's condo was cozy and very comfortable for all of us. The proximity to downtown Main Street was perfect and the free shuttle service to Deer Valley allowed our "herd of cats" to ski whenever suited individual schedules. We would happily choose this location again!

Owner's Response: Sheryl, Thanks for your review. I am glad we could provide a comfortable base camp for your international group. Between the games, books, movies, comfortable leather couch, & gas fireplace, our condo is a great space for a group to reconnect and spend an enjoyable ski vacation. Rob & Rina

Comfy, cozy and nice and warm condo. With nice Mountain View’s! Walking distance to the old town!

Guaranteed parking spot is always a great plus and also permitted to park in the garage which during winter time is extremely convenient. I would love come visit and stay again in the summer months. Plenty to see and do in the area, not just skiing.

Owner's Response: Jackie, You are right that parking can be a problem in Old Town Park City. I think most guests do rent a car for their trip and there is one spot inside the garage and a dedicated second parking spot in the driveway in front of our garage. The driveway is heated, meaning you won't have to dig your car out when it dumps. Having said that, you can easily navigate Park City without a car, using either the free town shuttle bus or an Uber or taxi for trips to the grocery store. Glad you enjoyed your stay. There certainly is a lot to do in the Park City area, whatever the season. Rob

Perfect Condo! Pefect Location!

  • 5 of 5

This condo was perfect! Immaculate and completely renovated throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, wine bottle openers, etc. It was truly like a home away from home. Gas fireplace was amazing! There were plenty of blankets and towels -many more than we used and we were there several days.

We had five people in our group and had plenty of room to spread out. Condo location is perfect. You literally walk out the door and down the stairs that are across the street to get to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Public parking lots are available as well if you choose/need that.

The Corsons, owners, are wonderful! Emailed promptly throughout the process, sent a packet of useful info of things to do while in Park City along with easy instructions to access condo, etc.

We would highly recommend and plan to stay here again on our next trip to Park City!

Thank you!!! The Campbells

Owner's Response: Jennifer, When we travel to new places we know how much of a difference it makes to have great communication with the owners. We really make an effort to answer questions ahead of time. When we first bought the condo, we compiled a packet of local information that guests find useful (admittedly, a lot has changed in Park City since then, and we haven't had the time to update it, but the core businesses and amenities remain the same.) This should give guests a good feel for the area and answer most common concerns in advance of their travels. Glad you enjoyed your stay! Rob

First VRBO experience was wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

LOCATION: Lovely short walk to very cool town center

CONDO: Clean, comfortable & cozy; easy to warm up with quick-switch fireplace and main heating system; super comfortable beds with very soft linens and great towels; well-equipped kitchen that included a proper junk drawer which even had a pair of needed scissors :-) attractive décor befitting a mountain retreat; wonderful view; great notebook of information and easy instructions to use various amenities

COMMUNICATION: Rob answered his phone quickly and courteously; was thoughtful to our need to check in earlier than set time (even though due to airline issues, we didn't arrive until after regular check-in time, oh well)

PAYMENT: Very smooth; appropriate security deposit that was rightly refunded

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and should we ever find ourselves in Park City again, we would definitely want to stay at Quittin Time!!!

Owner's Response: Julie, thanks for your review. Future guests will find this really useful. We try and make the condo as comfortable as we can, as we enjoy spending time there ourselves. Although not guaranteed, we make an effort to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when we are able. It is tough to do when there is a same day turnover, as the cleaner needs time to prepare the unit for the incoming guest. The more advanced notice we have, the more likely we will be able to accommodate these requests. As travelers ourselves, we know that this can make transitions sooo much easier. Rob
