Perfect location for a Park City ski vacation or mountain bike retreat. Walk two blocks down to Main Street where you can dine at world class restaurants, browse art galleries, or shop for a new ski outfit. The unit is located at the bottom of Quittin' Time ski run and when conditions allow, you can ski to the back of the building. It is a short walk (100 paces) to get on the run to ski down to the Town Lift. The garage has a closet to house your skis/boots/gear to minimize clutter in the living area. In summer and fall, the condo is prime location to use as a base to attend Deer Valley concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street, mountain bike on world class trails, hike in beautiful Park City, or ride the alpine slide at PCMR.

Take the airport shuttle and you won't even need a car during your vacation. There is a free town shuttle service. If you do have a car, it will stay dry inside the garage. The driveway is heated, so snow accumulation will not be a problem.

The unit was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. There is free WI-FI through the building and in warmer weather you can use the large deck that overlooks Old Town which is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has new granite countertops, gas range and stainless appliances, and includes a coffee maker (with automatic timer so you can awaken to the smell of fresh coffee).

We live in Salt Lake City and use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. We are available by phone if any issues arise. We live in Salt Lake City and bought the condo in 2009 as a get away for us to access Park City's fun, exciting and beautiful outdoor activities. We have done an extensive remodel to make the time spent off the slopes more relaxing and enjoyable at the condo. We do use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. We are available by phone if any issues arise.

Access the ski run behind the condo that leads to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift via a 100 pace walk to the town stairs. Located at the end of the Quittin' Time ski run, you can ski right down to the condo at the end of the day. Walk 2 blocks down to Main St. for world class restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Use the free shuttle to travel between Old Town, Deer Valley, The Canyons and the Outlet Mall in Kimball Junction. Keyless entry - your code will be individualized and reset after your stay. You will never be digging in your pockets looking for the key or worry about losing a key.

Warm, Cozy Condo Close To It All!

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at Quittin Time over Spring Break. This condo's location is perfect for the skier AND the non-skier. Just a few steps down the road leads you to the ski access and across the street are the steps that take you into Main Street Park City. So, within minutes, you literally are where you want to be. My husband, who is a PC regular, was giddy over the location.

Location is KEY, but the owners of this condo have taken the time to make this place a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, the furniture and bedding is comfortable and the décor is warm and inviting. Everything worked great and when we had a minor malfunction of the microwave, Robert was there within an hour and fixed it! The gas fireplace works very well and warmed the living area very quickly. I never mastered the "nest" and it reset itself regularly to 68 which was a bit too warm for us. A new humidifier would be useful too as it's so dry there.

The deck is very large and has a grill and some comfortable furniture so that you can enjoy the view. We enjoyed having drinks on the deck and the view across Main Street.

The 3rd bedroom is a loft bedroom up a spiral staircase. There's just enough room for 2 single beds so it's tight, but useable. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbors and from the people walking up the stairs but other than that, nothing really bad.

If you think this place is a good fit for your family, then I whole heartedly agree. I have no reservations recommending the condo to anyone. It has it all!

Owner's Response: Jackie, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. These are invaluable for future guests and you highlighted some of the key features of our condo. We spend time up there and always appreciate the location due to its proximity to both Main Street and the mountain biking trails and ski runs. We try and make it a home away from home and keep the kitchen stocked well enough that you could grill on the deck using the Weber Genesis grill, cook a full meal, or just nuke something in the microwave without a hassle. We have stayed in places that only have 1 pot and know how frustrating that is. The unit is comfortable, but there isn't much extra space, especially in the loft. We recommend making use of the closet space and dressers to store clothing and maximize the space. In the spring, summer, and fall, we love using the deck space to have morning coffee or grill out on. We appreciate the feedback on the humidifier and Nest thermostat. We will get a new humidifier for the coming rental season and look into more user friendly options for guests to control the temperature. It was a pleasure to meet you and glad I could fix the microwave. We will always answer a phone call or message from guests and do our best to address problems that might arise. Rob

Perfect location

Our family group stayed here for 2 weeks. We were able to ski in and ski out, and the condo is a very short walk to Main St and bars and restaurants. Very comfortable condo and well equipped.

Old Town Condo is Awesome!

We gathered from 3 different states, 1 country in Europe and 1 in the Far East for our annual Christmas gathering. Rob and Rina's condo was cozy and very comfortable for all of us. The proximity to downtown Main Street was perfect and the free shuttle service to Deer Valley allowed our "herd of cats" to ski whenever suited individual schedules. We would happily choose this location again!

Guaranteed parking spot is always a great plus and also permitted to park in the garage which during winter time is extremely convenient. I would love come visit and stay again in the summer months. Plenty to see and do in the area, not just skiing.

Owner's Response: Jackie, You are right that parking can be a problem in Old Town Park City. I think most guests do rent a car for their trip and there is one spot inside the garage and a dedicated second parking spot in the driveway in front of our garage. The driveway is heated, meaning you won't have to dig your car out when it dumps. Having said that, you can easily navigate Park City without a car, using either the free town shuttle bus or an Uber or taxi for trips to the grocery store. Glad you enjoyed your stay. There certainly is a lot to do in the Park City area, whatever the season. Rob
