Built in 2008, the cabin is 2 stories (2400 sq ft, not including the garage), sleeps 12 in beds with plenty of floor space. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, central heating, hardwood and natural stone floors.
***LOCATION: The cabin is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, close to all the local entertainment and only a few minutes’ drive from major grocery-stores and banks. The house is a block from Regan Beach Recreational Area, 2 miles from the Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, and 3 miles from casinos. We are very close to the Heavenly Bus Route and the roads in front of the house are flat and regularly plowed during the snow season. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, but is still very close to everything you need to enjoy your stay, including food delivery options. Camp Richardson is 5 miles and Emerald Bay is 12 miles.
***LAYOUT: Main floor (top floor): Kitchen, Great room, master bedroom, master bath, and an extra bathroom. Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, a full bath and the mudroom, laundry with full washer/dryer.
***KITCHEN: Full gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances (oven, cooking-range, microwave, dishwasher), sub-zero fridge, granite counter-tops, all types of cutlery/dishware/kitchen-gadgets, toaster, coffee maker, food-processor, crock-pot, rice-cooker etc. Just bring the ingredients and you are all set. There is also a walk-in pantry to store all your groceries.
***DINING AREA: Restaurant style benches and counter stools. Seating for 12.
***BEDROOMS: Every bed has highly comfortable pillow-top mattresses and high quality linens/comforters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and downstairs there is a king size bed, 2 queen size beds, and 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Each bedroom has plenty of closet space and master bedroom has a walk-in closet.
***BATHROOMS: Each bathroom has natural stone floors with in-floor heating vents, granite counter-tops and his n’ her sinks. Master bath has Jacuzzi brand deep soak tub. Each bathroom also has a natural stone walk-in shower. Half-bath/powder room attached to Great Room.
***DECKS: 2 decks facing front and back of house attached to Great Room. Master bedroom has its own deck. Downstairs King bedroom has attached hot tub deck and backyard access.
***GARAGE: Attached 2 car parking, racks for skis and snowboards, shovels/brooms. Additional 2 car parking in driveway.
***ENTERTAINMENT: In the Great Room there is a 1080p LED TV with 3D which is mounted over the fireplace. Blu Ray home theater; HD Cable with HBO; Netflix; movie library with Blu Rays, DVD’s, 3D movies; iPod dock connected to surround sound; plenty of board-games, poker chips, cards and a collection of popular books and magazines.
Full WiFi throughout the house with plenty of speed.

***In the Master Bedroom there is a Plasma TV with cable and DVD home theater. Down stair’s King bedroom also has a TV with basic cable and iPod audio system with wireless speakers.
***BBQ grill on upstairs’ deck attached to main gas line (no need for tanks). Grilling utensils provided.
***6 person Hot tub with 30+ jets, lounger and LED lighting. Backyard is fully landscaped and has a patio for hosting backyard events. Large table and plenty of chairs in the garage.

We love the antique, log cabin feel we get without having to sacrifice all the modern amenities. We also love how close the lake is and how centrally located the cabin is.

Clean & Cozy
Beautiful cabin, really close to downtown. Loved the cleanliness and how spacious it was. Would've gave it 5 stars but the hot tub didn't work. Tried turning it on a few times on different days but no luck. Seemed to be an electrical issue? Only recommendation I would have is to update the blinds as many of them were broken and would easily fall of upon opening; Other than that, everything was up to par, and in good working order. Beds were comfortable and the cabin itself had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend this cabin to future friends and family.

Comfortable cabin for a winter weekend in Tahoe!
This Home was great for our 3 families. Lots of room, great location, and fantastic kitchen. We found many of the dishes to be chipped and they were heavy for younger kids to use. Overall, great place. No snow but we were a short walk to the lake for beautiful views and walks.
Problems but looks nice
The cabin is nice for the first part, only a block away from the lake.
But, there are things about the cabin you should know before renting. There were damages within it to where bed was damaged (unable to lay in it with out worries of breaking), doors not closing, sink didn't drain well, fans turning on and off when they wanted, frigerator smelling like fish, ect. I read a review before hand saying there were damages with it and a reply saying that everything was fixed! That was not true! This review link would not even let me click not really for if I enjoyed my stay.
I sent emails and called the Property Manager, Tahoe renting company and the owner about these problems. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on a response. The beginning they email you instantly to get paid but after seems like they don't care!... I don't like writing bad reviews but 3 weeks is to long! "CHECK FOR DAMAGES ON ARRIVAL"
After receiving your email, our property manager visited the cabin and didn't find the issues you were referring to. I've also spoken with the guests who arrived before and after your stay and I'm sorry to say, they did not find these issues at the cabin as well. Please know that as owners of this property, we live there out of the year as well and as our home being rented out to you, we like to have everything working as well. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience but we didn't find the issues that you listed.
House was well maintained, immaculate, and well stocked. Great location. Easy check-in and check out. Highly recommend.
