Our condo is on a pristine beachfront resort located by a reef, filled with tropical fish and turtles. If you are looking for a small, quiet boutique resort maintained by a committed staff and local manager with lush landscaping and walking distance to shopping and restaurants, you’ve found the perfect place, unit #23 at the Kapaa Sands Resort.
This townhome is a treasure of old Hawaii providing quiet ambiance and welcoming you as “Ohana” (family in Hawaiian). Amenities include tropical gardens, swimming pool and patio area with gas barbecue, washer and dryer for guests and opportunity to walk on through the garden to wading pools and ocean. Although 11 minutes from the Lihue airport, it is close to groceries, scenic old town Kapaa, and the Coconut MarketPlace, and it is a world apart.
Upstairs the townhome includes two bedrooms (one queen bed and one double bed) and a tiled shower with a seat and grab bar. Downstairs is a fully equipped, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, full size range and refrigerator, garbage disposal and microwave. The Living room has a convertible couch that sleeps two (queen size sleeper), cable with a 42 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player, a CD player, and a half bathroom. A lanai upstairs off the master bedroom and another downstairs offer views of the gardens and the ocean.
We have in-unit WIFI with download rates averaging over 50 Mbps. This service is available in and around our unit, and is available most places on the resort complex.
This resort is closer to the water than any other on the island. Come enjoy the laid back atmosphere, proximity to the town of Kapaa and great access to both the north and south shores of Kauai.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We are within walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace with its many shops, restaurants, and night clubs. The Kauai bicycle path is under construction and will pass in front of the resort complex providing miles of beach view access to walk, bike, or skateboard along. It is currently complete just south of the resort as well as a mile north. There are 2 supermarkets and a variety of snorkel and dive shops within a mile as well as many fine restaurants.
