Can't go wrong. Lovely and perfect for our family.

  • 5 of 5

In town for Tulane's graduation weekend, this home was exactly right for our family. Easy spaces to gather and hangout and located minutes away to every site we wanted to see in NOLA. Owner was extremely hospitable and helpful. Comfortable inside and out, loved the patios and art - when we visit again this will be where we want to stay.

Great location, wonderful home

  • 5 of 5

Went to NOLA for a girls' weekend and rented Ann's beautiful home. It was so lovely from top to bottom! The screened in porch and back courtyard were just dreamy for morning coffee, afternoon tea and late-night chats over a glass of wine. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, which is such a huge convenience.

We have no complaints - other than we had to leave too soon. Book this home, you won't be disappointed! Ann was wonderfully accommodating and helpful.

A few tips:

-We used Dat Grocery Delivers when arrived, and they were great. Nice to have some snacks and drinks at the house for our weekend!

-The proximity to Magazine St. for shopping, dining and exploring is wonderful.

-Go to Sunday jazz brunch at Commander's Palace for a splurge that's absolutely worth it. -We took the cable car to Bourbon Street one day. Ate lunch at Mother's Cafe downtown, which is an institution and super tasty and affordable.

-On Magazine, Juan's Flying Burrito, Square Root (rooftop), The Bulldog Bar and Amici were all tasty.

Thank you, Ann!

A beautiful home in a fantastic location from which to tour NOLA.

  • 5 of 5

One block from Magazine St. lined with lots of unique shops and delightful eateries and four blocks from the St. Charles streetcar, this beautiful home is perfectly situated for soaking in all NOLA has to offer. College friends were in town for a son's wedding at Rosy's Jazz Hall (another gem) followed the next day by a crayfish boil in Marigny. In between we visited the French Quarter for Easter Brunch, Audubon Park and Zoo, Tulane, Loyola, and the Lower Ninth. Most of the time my car stayed parked right in front of the house (a space is always available) and we walked and/or trolleyed. The two back porches (top one open, bottom screened in) and the courtyard were great for catching up with old friends over coffee or cocktails. TV's in each room, wi-fi, and a whole house sound system set to a fantastic jazz station kept us informed and entertained. Bathrooms in each bedroom came in handy, especially when four women were getting ready for a wedding! But the house itself is beautiful with solid wood floors and beautiful furnishings and decorations. A crown jewel in the Garden District!

Excellent house and location - great base for a great trip!

  • 4 of 5

The house was great! It was a great size for 3 couples, with nice common areas including nice living room, and secluded outdoor area out back. We also enjoyed hanging out on balcony off of master bedroom upstairs. Excellent location close enough to walk to several places on Magazine St. and medium walk to trolley to go French Quarter. We rode UberXL to French quarter several times, taking all 6 of us for $9 - $12, depending on timing/demand. Only complaint is that the mattresses could have been firmer.

Great location in the Garden District, lovely home with all the amenities.

  • 5 of 5

We visited New Orleans with our family of four, and this home was a lovely base of operations. Location is four blocks from the St. Charles street car (for easy access to French Quarter) and one half block from shops and restaurants on Magazine Street. The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space, include balcony off the master suite. The owner was easy to deal with and the home exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again!
