Three bedrooms: one large master with king bed, TV/VCR/DVD, walk-in closet, large bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower; second master bedroom with king bed, TV/VCR/DVD and bath with tub/shower combo; one bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) and youth trundle bed under each bunk (room can sleep up to 6 (4 adults and 2 children). Separate 3rd bathroom with combo tub/shower.

Large, well-furnished kitchen with all appliances. Dining table seats 10. Large family/living room with cable TV/VCR/DVD and gas fireplace. 2 leather couches. Great reading chair.

Patio with table and 6 chairs and gas bar-be-que. Patio adjacent to large lawn area, children's playground and enclosed pool and hot tub. Las Palmas Spa facilities (large outdoor pool, covered indoor year-round pool, tennis, racquet ball, fitness room, basketball, shuffleboard, etc.) a short walk away (passes available).

Inquire about access to garage. No cars in garage. Plenty of off-street parking. No trailer parking in Las Palmas.

Other amenities: Broadband wireless Internet. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Linens furnished. Cleaning service at conclusion of rental.

No pets. No smoking.

Great climate. Access to recreation. We have vacationed as a family for over 30 years in this area and decided to purchase a property for our use and rental.

What makes this condo unique

Main floor. No stairs or elevator. Short walk from parking. Walkout sliding back door to patio, large grass area with playground for kids and enclosed pool/hot tub. Great family or adult get-away location with access to golf, biking, hiking, Zions National Park, shopping and wonderful climate.

Our favorite vacation place!

We have stayed at this location at least once a year with our family for 5 years now. We love St. George for the biking and hiking and found this condo to be the perfect fit for our family! It's clean, well-kept, feels very homey. We've noticed each year that there are upgrades and updates. The access to the pools and hot tubs is the best in Green Valley and we enjoy the grass space and playground out the back door. I have enjoyed working with the owner, Richard. He seems to take great interest in making our stay convenient and enjoyable. There are some nice extras for families, i.e. a highchair, pack and play crib, and extra stroller. My favorite part is that I can get on my mountain bike at the front door and be on the Green Valley trails in 5 minutes! We can't wait to vacation there again!

Wonderful Place!

This place was perfectly situated for our vacation a few weekends ago. We loved the close access to the hot tub (right out the back door), the two king size beds with private baths and the "kids" room. It was well-equipped, clean and very nice. We will definitely be booking here again. Thanks for sharing it.

Clean, Spacious and Better than Expected!

I was a little nervous when I was given responsibility for the reservations for my team's trip to Utah. I had just had a terrible experience off Craigslist. To my delight, Richard had been very informative prior to my arrival about all the details that I needed. The condo was very clean and very well-kept. The three bathrooms were very helpful with a group of ladies. We loved the location adjacent to the pool. The common area was HUGE! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting St. George! In fact, we have already inquired about booking it again.

My only suggestion to Richard would be to set up a Pay Pal account or something similar. It was a little time-consuming to arrange the deposits and contracts.
