Horizon South is a quiet, family oriented community with lots of amenities. The rental property is directly adjacent to 3 large swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and miniature golf. There is boat/trailer parking available steps away from unit.
This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath loft town home located in the middle of the property. Unit sleeps 8 with a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom/loft and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and washer/dryer. TV in all bedrooms and living room, also has a DVD player.

Located 2 miles from Pier Park you can enjoy a unique shopping and dining experience. Horizon South is a gated community and the beach access is a short walk from the unit.
Welcome! We are Stan and Jennifer Weeks of Enterprise, Alabama. We purchased this unit in Horizon South as an investment opportunity and a haven for our family vacations. Enterprise is about an hour and forty-five minutes from Panama City Beach, and a great vacation destination. We enjoy spending time on the water fishing and boating with the kids. We have also recently enjoyed the amenities of our new PIER PARK. We hope that if you choose to stay at our unit, that you have a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable vacation. The place was in good location to pool, but long walk to beach,,,,,,,,,,, but been home ask when i would get my deposit back 2 week after i got back, 2 days later she texted back and said it was damages vut she do t know what it was waiting on house keeper to call and tell her, first of all there was no damages from us, then it take over two weeks to tell us and she dont k ow what it was..and tbere was to be people right after us to check in,,,,but she do t know what it is......and she has to yet to let us know what it was,,,,i nust dont beleave she ever attended to give it back....it was a lesson learned... i just wanted people to not expect it back😠
Our family loved this condo! It was spacious, very clean, and the location was perfect. A quick 5 minute walk from the beach and in close proximity to restaurants, Pier Park, and anything else you can think! Will definitely book this again in the future!
nice place! Loved the location, you walk out your door and walk right across the parking lot and right there are three pools! Beach access is very easy to get to. Jenn is super nice and was very helpful, anything we would have needed she would have made sure was taken care of. The only thing i would suggest is maybe some cheap chairs to sit on the little porch area. Thanks Jenn!!
My family and I were visiting the area for the softball World Series and this location was perfect for us. We were away from all of the softball crowds and didn’t have to fight Front Beach Rd traffic. Jenn and Stan were a pleasure to work with and the room was clean and cozy. We will definitely keep this one on our list of places to revisit. Thank you for opening up your place to us.
In my daughter's words "this was the best family vacation ever!". We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. It is a great location. My teenage children could walk the complex without any fears. The pools were very clean. Neighbors were friendly. I could not have asked for a better vacation rental, worth every penny. We took the golf cart, which made getting to and from the beach easy. The owners were very great to work with. I told Jenn, we would like to make this our annual get away in the summers. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with the family.
My family/friends and I stayed at this townhome for a whole week and we had a blast! It is in a great location and convenient to everything on Back Beach Rd. and Front Beach Rd. We loved the townhome it was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. We loved the fact that we had our own little porch area. We were also just across from two of the pools that Horizon South has to offer. There were no elevators, parking decks, or any other problems you run into with condos (which is where we stayed the year before). After staying in that townhome, I will never stay in a condo again. The owners are great and easy to keep in contact with and we got our deposit back within a week from when we left. Everything went as smooth as silk. We all had a wonderful vacation and hope to go back again next year!!!

If an accident happens, as long as the guest reports the details damages are covered. The Peace of Mind Protection Plan excuses the guest from damages up to $250 as long as the damage is not willful, wanton or a result of gross negligent behavior.
First night room & tax is due at the time of booking. Remaining/Full Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. All daily/weekly reservations include a 10% reservation fee calculated on total rent (NOT INCLUDED ON VRBO CALCULATOR). The reservations fee also includes "peace of mind protection".
