Perfectly positioned in the centre of Pommard, this contemporary 2 bedroom apartment offers a great location for visitors wanting to explore the famous villages and vineyards of Burgundy.
Over two levels, this original 18C wine makers house has been beautifully converted, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces offering ultra modern accommodation for 4 people.
A modern day rarity however a French tradition, is the beautiful roof terrace which overlooks the rooftops & famous 'chateau de Pommard' offering you that outdoor space which you will enjoy dawn 'til dusk taking in the ambiance and an aperitif or two. The village boulangerie, bar/café, and 2 restaurants are not too far away - all less than a minute’s walk.

Open plan Kitchen with multifunction oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and dining area with dining table for six.
Master bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe and shelves, en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, twin basins and wc. The master bedroom has views to the centre of Pommard and nearby vineyards.
The second bedroom has one double or two single beds, and an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and wc.
Double doors onto the roof terrace with dining table and 6 chairs.

Over the last 20 years we have rented apartments in various regions of France and this is undoubtedly one of the best we have ever stayed in.
Apartment is very spacious and light filled with a balcony with views over the rooftops and nearby vineyards. It is equipped with everything you could imagine you could need and furniture and fittings are of a high quality. Lounge and dining rooms have comfortable seating for 6. Main bedroom is huge and both it and the second bedroom have en suites, in addition to a toilet off the living room which also has a washer dryer. Living room has cable TV and a phone with free calls. Parking is very easy on the quiet street outside the apartment.
There is a boulangerie only a few doors away and the village has a very good butcher/charcuterie, a great chocolate shop, a wine bar, café at the hotel and several wine shops for tastings and sales. The main restaurant in the village is excellent and the village also has a pizzeria and a restaurant in the hotel. The nearest town, Beaune is only a couple of kilometre away and has every facility and there are numerous other wine villages in close proximity.
We found the owners to be responsive to deal with and concerned that we enjoyed our time there and the locals were extremely helpful and friendly.
Could not recommend this apartment highly enough.
