Hard to beat for the price!

This was a good condo. It does need some maintance (light bulbs and couch). Wasn't very clean when we arrived but the owner took care of the issue asap. Condo was right on the beach with good views. The walk to the beach is tough if you are carrying alot of stuff. Overall we would stay here again .

Owner's Response: Our cleaning company failed us miserably. We have hired a new company so cleaning issues & light bulbs shouldn't be a problem going forward. The couch served us well but we have a brand new couch now : ) We work hard to keep this condo a place you would want to stay again. Staying on top of problems is challenging but we're on it. Everything we do is to ensure that you have a great stay!

Not the worst, but not the best.

This condo is in a great location and is definitely the best unit at this location. The grounds of the condo are not maintained well. There was trash everywhere upon our arrival. Also, the towels were left in the washer (not washed) and dirty dishes in the dishwasher so we had to clean those upon arrival. The couch was peeling so bad every time you sat down the black stuff stuck to you. We wanted to cook breakfast and had to go buy pans in order to cook because these were not provided in the kitchen. Beds are not comfortable. BUT, this condo is priced much cheaper than any other condos in this area so I guess it's like what they say "you get what you pay for".

Owner's Response: I hate to read this review of our property. Most of the complaints are out of my control. I work very hard to make sure the condo is perfect when renters arrive. For anyone who hasn't rented a property before, it is not easy. There are always challenges that come up but it's how you handle those challenges that prove you care for your renters. In January, I ordered new pots and pans for the condo. Apparently, a previous renter (in July 2017) liked them enough to take them. I was never notified that the pots/pans were gone. The couch is news to me. I purchased a new couch and it is being delivered today. The grounds are not my responsibility and I was unaware of this problem but I will notify our property management company about this complaint. This is unacceptable. The cleaning service hired is obviously falling short of my expectations so I will find a new company. We have a great condo and great prices! Most of our renters are repeats. Stay with us and you will see!

nice location with good view but furniture is in poor condition

The condo had a beach view and was in fairly good condition. However, the couch was awful with fake leather pealing off. It was so broke down it had plywood under the cushions. We could not use the fold out bed because of it poor condition. The mattresses were cheap and in poor condition. They were very uncomfortable. If these furniture items were replaced, it would have made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. It was really hard sleeping on those mattresses for a week.

Stairs was the biggest issue

Inside of condo was good 4 sets of stairs not covered not easy but nice inside of unit pool no lights at night view was great from room
