About Rob Levin
Neither one of us is from New England. Rebecca is an Atlanta native and international flight attendant, and Rob is a small-town North Carolina native and owns a book publishing company in Atlanta. They have a daughter who graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute near Boston and is a robotics engineer in the Silicon Valley, CA. Still living at home are two cats and a dog, and a horse just down the road. Rob & Rebecca, Covington, GA
Rob Levin purchased this Cabin in 2000
Why Rob Levin chose Warren
We built this home in 2000 after owning a much-smaller log cabin in the Rocky Mountains, but over the years, getting there became a major proposition. We love Vermont because of its beauty in all seasons and its myriad villages, each one more bucolic than the one before it. We can get here in five hours from Georgia and know that we're a world away. The Mad River Valley was actually recommended to us by a friend in Colorado (a well-known ski writer), as well as a French native who owns a French restaurant in the Mad River Valley. Rebecca (who is fluent in French) met him while working a flight from Paris. We came here and didn't look anywhere else.
What makes this Cabin unique
Rebecca loves working in the yard and riding her neighbors' horses. Rob, a former newspaper reporter, simply enjoys tooling down to the Warren Store in the morning to get pastries and the New York Times and sit outside by the river that runs right by the store. We both enjoy the Saturday farmer's market in Waitsfield, pizza with friends at American Flatbread, and a beer with chips and salsa on the deck at sunset. With the wireless DSL, Rob can keep up with work while relaxing on any of three decks, or sometimes takes the laptop into one of the many coffee shops in the nearby villages.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Rob was a great host and was always in contact with us for suggestions

Vermont cabin with view
My family stay and enjoyed everything! The cabin has everything you would need and the views are breathtaking.
Another amazing stay at Campobello!
This was our second stay at this cool log cabin in the mountains. The vibe is warm and cozy and the views are amazing, perfect for viewing the Sugarbush New Years fireworks display! Looking forward to staying again in the future 😊
Outstanding cabin in the Vermont woods
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful log cabin in the Vermont woods, just east of Warren, VT. House has all the amenities, and the deck in back boasts an amazing view of the Green Mountains to the west. The house is very secluded, so plenty of peace and quiet; we saw deer grazing in the meadow below the cabin on several mornings of our stay. It's conveniently located; only an hour's drive or less away from Stowe, Montpelier, Woodstock, and the Northeast Kingdom. Just minutes away from the quintessential Vermont general store in Warren, and close to several excellent restaurants in Waitsfield/Warren. The owner, Rob, was extremely helpful with recommendations for our stay in the Mad River Valley; all in all, we spent a fantastic week here, and look forward to returning.
The Hill Family
Thanks so much for your very kind comments. I know you had to head back to Texas, but do hope you'll put Vermont on your future travel plans--consider a great end-of-summer treat. Thanks again for choosing us. Rob
Incredibly comfortable cabin with spectacular views
As we entered, the incredible views straight ahead, called us out to the deck. Comfy furniture in the living room offered the same views. Kitchen is well stocked, enjoyed grilling, right outside the dining room door, with the same amazing view.
We were able to relax and enjoy each others company.
Highly recommend and would love to plan a return visit!
Absolutely wonderful for a quiet getaway in nature!
We love the outdoors and couldn’t say enough great things about the cabin, the Warren/Waitsfield area and Rob, the owner. The cabin is spacious and has remarkable views west over Sugarbush. Every night is a unique and wonderful sunset. The place is comfortable, well-appointed and immaculate. Rob sees to it you feel welcome and have great ideas for where to eat. After a long day of hiking, we showered and sat on the deck, drinking wine and enjoying the views. You will too!
Ya'll were fabulous guests and you made great use of the activities our slice of Vermont has to offer--the hikes, restaurants, the farmer's market, and more. And after all that, you still had time for our favorite activity . . . relaxing on the deck with a glass of red wine, sunset in view, dinner just ahead. Do come again. Rob
Burlington, Stowe, and Montpelier are easy drives and boast great shopping, dining, and other activities. Coming in winter? Let us know and we'll see if the horse-drawn sleighs are open for business -- but be sure to have a 4WD or all-wheel drive car to handle that Vermont snow! Our driveway is frequently plowed, but underlying ice can always be dicey.
