Each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom, and all bathrooms have been completely redone with luxury details. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and DVD player, as does the comfortable living area. The kitchen was renovated a few years ago, too, to have the feel of a beach cottage with modern touches like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. This villa (Unit 304) is perfect for a family or group of friends. We stay at the condo as often as we can, so we have made it a place we would like to rent!

This 3rd floor villa (unit 304) is steps from the beach in the well-maintained oceanfront Ocean One complex (meaning there are no streets to cross to get to the beach), featuring beautiful landscaping and an unbeatable location. The villa has a resort view, looking out onto beautiful live oaks draped with moss---you will know you're in the Low Country!

It's a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. Enjoy the miles of bike trails or easy access to top-notch golf courses on the island.

We have local property managers to respond swiftly to any concerns you may have during your stay. This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Departure cleaning is included in rates, but 10% Hilton Head and state taxes are not. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay.

Ocean One has two elevators.

Why The Owner chose Island Areas

We visited Hilton Head for years before buying this condo, and we always felt relaxed the instant we drove on the island. When we thought about buying there, we knew that South Forest Beach had the ideal combination of beauty, comfort, and amenities, and the Ocean One complex had a sterling reputation for being well-managed and maintained. The condo itself was more spacious than is typical, and we saw that with a little renovation (completed in 2008), it would be a jewel. The beach is adjacent to a lifeguarded beach (summer), and only steps from a more private beach experience.

Great large condo that has been updated with quality components

This 3BR, 3 bath condo is large and spacious and has been updated with quality materials. Communication with owners was easy and they were very timely in their responses. We had no problems with anything in the condo. This may be the best location in Hilton Head and is a short walk to Coligny Circle Shops and restaurants. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and the beach is wide and beautiful. We would recommend this condo.

Ocean One 304

We have rented from Stephanie several times, and this is the first time for us in 304. She is awesome, in that every question is answered quickly, and she really wants folks to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Everything we needed was here! The condo was spacious & comfy. We needed a getaway, and this was PERFECT!! We will be back in the fall, at another of her condos, with our best friends!!

More than exoected

First off...Stephanie is awesome! She made every effort to make sure our stay was worry free. The condo is huge with a bathroom attached to each was perfect for our party of 6. It was quiet and the a/c was awesome. The TVs were a major plus. I am a huge sports fan and was able to enjoy the Olympics at night. Great location. Would stay again! Thank you Stephanie!

Fabulous unit in Ocean One!!!

We spent a fabulous week in this unit. Very nice, super clean, affordable, updated 3B/3B in our favorite Forest Beach oceanfront complex. I have not one complaint, we loved it!! I highly recommend this unit. We'll definitely be reserving it again in the future.
