This 2100+ft. townhouse is set tight against the Santa Rosas in a quiet corner of the villas (right on the most private pool in the complex). 24hr. guard-gated. Saltwater pools/spas/fountains /huge kids pool/play area, poolside cabanas. Luxurious clubhouse, Poolside Grille Cafe, BBQ facilities and a state of the art fitness center. Bike/Walk to Old Town La Quinta with its fine restaurants and upscale shops. Enjoy golf, hiking, biking and entertainment nearby. The nationally rated public course SilverRock, The Dunes, PGA West and other world class courses are nearby. This home has a private mountain view patio, well appointed granite countered kitchen/bbq, 3 large, private suites/roomy baths. Nicest in the complex. Comfortable for family of 8, perfect for 3 couples.

Our newly decorated 2 story 3 bed/3.5 bath townhouse is unique and much more spacious than the lock off 3/3 villa units advertised elsewhere in the complex (they don't compare). Classic plantation shutters grace all windows. Ceiling fans in every high ceiling room. Kitchen granite counter tops, new refrigerator, gas cook top/oven/micro. Equipped with all baking/cooking utensils, toaster, Cuisinart coffee maker and grinder and Cuisinart blender/processor/wine glasses. 2 fireplaces, small, quiet,furnished front patio. French doors lead to the recently expanded back patio with Weber gas BBQ. The semi-private pool shared with just a few other units is literally out our front door. Cable TV, Wi-Fi and stereo included. 42' HD TV with Blue-ray/DVD player in the living room. All bedrooms have 32' HD TVs and iPod stereo alarm clocks (2nd DVD in lower master). All bathrooms have hairdryers, some toiletries and extra towels. Premium quality bedding, extra blankets and storage areas in all bedrooms. Washer and dryer/ironing board.

The first Master Suite (King), is on the main level. Large dressing and closet area, fireplace and private french door access to the back patio. Large soaking tub/oversize shower. The second downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and bath/dressing area. The third bedroom is a roomy second Master Suite (King) on the private second level. All bathrooms have dual vanity sinks, separate soaking tubs and showers and doored water closets.

The sofa in the living room converts to a high quality queen sleeper, with extra bedding, pillows and towels. We've added 4 new mountain bikes, complete with locks and helmets. There is an attached garage with room for one vehicle. This home has it all!

COACHELLA WEEKENDS: 6 occupants maximum and cleaning fee $225.

Why Debi chose Deserts

We live in the beautiful northwest, but it can be cool and rainy from mid fall to mid spring. We love the dependable sunshine and mountain views in La Quinta. We are active bikers and hikers so the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful Coachella Valley. La Quinta is clearly the best of all the desert communities in the area and Legacy Villas is at the heart of the village.

What makes this townhome unique

We love having a near private pool at our front door. Since we are along the edge of the most private section of the complex, we enjoy extra privacy with nothing but the mountains out our back patio.

The best in Legacy Villas!!

I've stayed multiple times in Legacy before for Coachella Music Festival, the past two times in this property. Without a doubt the best there is. The house has everything you could hope for or even imagine you need. Right next to the mountians, a few steps from the pool and a stunning view. Debi is simply the best to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Best Legacy Villas property

We have stayed in Legacy Villas 8 times.

This is the best property in our opinion and we feel well worth paying extra for. Like other apartments, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and the owner, Debi, is lovely. The extra things we liked were:

10 steps from the pool;

4 bikes for us to use

Upstairs bedroom so we have more privacy from the kids

At 2,200 square feet, bigger than the 1,700 square feet other 3-bedroom apartments. To us that made for more spacious living

2 single beds in one room was better for kids than a queen bed

Patio rather than small deck is better for outdoor dining

Garage for our car (although off-street parking right there too)

Upgraded furniture from what we have been used to

Decent flat screen TVs that we have become used to

Fantastic rental!

My friends and I stayed here over the Stagecoach weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group! The house was fully supplied with everything you could need and is in such a great location for the music festival. The house was exceptionally clean and all the rooms had extremely comfortable beds. Debi was fantastic to work with. I would recommend this rental to anyone who would ask!

Beautiful home!

We have stayed in this home several times and it is absolutely stunning! Very clean and well organized. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable beds with high end linens. Fully stocked kitchen. This home is unlike any other in this community. It is quite spacious and completely upgraded. The location is the best in the area with beautiful views of the hills, with nobody behind you, private. Debi is a dream to work with too! Thanks, Debi and see you next year!

Desert Luxury

This house is gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. In La Quinta for just 2 nights stay, participating in a local Triathlon, we were sad to leave and wished we'd booked a couple of extra nights, to relax and enjoy the property fully. The house is very clean, beautifully presented with high end furniture, bed linen and appliances. All rooms are spacious and I love that there are 2 master bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood peaceful and quiet, I was surprised to sleep as well as I did, even with pre-race excitement. The owner of this home was most helpful and a joy to communicate with throughout; from inquiry, through booking to check in and check out. I will return and stay here without question. Rent with confidence, this truly is a beautiful home.
