Hanalei Bay Resort unit 7102 is a privately owned and cared for one bedroom suite featuring countless amenities to please every guest. The condo features 1,180 square feet of spacious living area, with quality, tropically-themed furnishings throughout. The remodel which began in November 2014 is now complete! There are new cabinets and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, and other luxury items for guests to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The bedroom features a luxurious cal-king bed with Tommy Bahama bedding and teak furniture, as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. Air conditioning is provided in all main rooms for your comfort. You’ll be amazed by the panoramic views over Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay, with a walk-out lanai that expands your living area and brings you even closer to some of the greatest views on Kauai. I also provide a variety of beach gear (such as coolers, chairs, boogie boards, and more) for your adventures around the island.
This suite is located in a more private and peaceful area of the resort, away from the parking lot and the majority of foot traffic. Both swimming pools (including the lagoon style pool, rated by Fodor’s as one of the Top 10 Resort Pools in the US) and barbeque area are just a short walk away. The resort features 8 tennis courts with an award winning program by Peter Burwash International. In about 10 minutes, you’ll find yourself at Pu’u Poa Beach, shared with the St. Regis Resort. Complimentary bell service is available and can provide transport to and from the beach, as well as around the property. Everywhere you walk on the property you will find lush tropical grounds with flowers and greenery as far as the eye can see.
Hanalei Bay Resort is located in a quiet, residential area of Princeville. Just next door on the beach is the St. Regis Resort, which has several dining options available. There are also restaurants located at Pali Ke Kua and the Westin, which are just a short drive away. Just a little further in the car is the Princeville Shopping Center, which is a great place to get your groceries, as well as more dining and shopping options. There is also a gas station and post office located here. The majority of (and greatest variety of) closeby restaurants and shops are in Hanalei and Kilauea.
Please note that the Bali Hai Restaurant is currently closed for renovations. Please rest assured that no noise can be heard from the condo. It is anticipated to reopen in late 2016/early 2017. The Happy Talk Lounge is now open and serves lunch and dinner.

I am a pharmacist working for a large corporation in Washington. My family fell in love with this beautiful, tropical resort during vacations to Kauai many years ago. We finally had the perfect opportunity to purchase this unit in 2003 and now are able to visit our vacation paradise several times a year.

Well the world didn't end and my husband and I had an amazing 1st time on this beautiful island! The condo is beautiful and boy that view is gonna be hard to leave! We had everything we need and we have to thank you for those boogie boards... We used them for a good 5 hrs. We are from central California and visit Carmel by the sea often but I have never been in the ocean so long! We kayaked, hiked, swam under a waterfall and dined! We will be sharing your info w/ friends & family. I'm sure we will use your place in the future!
The owner is exceptional, we have gotten to know her. Her place is well appointed, the kind of place one wants to respect and treat as there own. The resort is wonderful, both a salt water and fresh water pool, tennis courts and a covered, weather protected BBQ area with and sink and tables to dine right there. Golf is 5 star, 3-4 minutes driving time away. For us, it is the owner, who has spared nothing for comfort. We are returning guests, and will continue to return. Actually, we have already schedled out next visit.
Lisa's condo is fantastic - well appointed and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen with everything one needs to cook and feel relaxed. Washer and Dryer in unit is a big big plus. Bed is way comfortable with a memory foam top.
Hanalei Bay Resort needs work! Bali Hai restaurant not open - hasn't been in sometime. There is "work" being done but at the pace I witnessed don't expect it open anytime soon. Pumps for the water features in the pool were broken with no time frame on replacement. Pool bar not yet in service but "soon".
The resort itself is very nice with a beautiful pool/hot tub and amazing view. I really enjoyed the resort. The condo itself served us well but had a little bit of a smell to it and was a little dark and outdated feeling. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
We loved this unit as well as the Hanalei Bay Resort. The resort makes check-in and check-out easy and the resort amenities such as golf cart rides to the beach leave you feeling pampered. Great food is also easily accessible from the resort. For example, The Dolphin and Bar Acuda are excellent places to eat within ten minutes of the resort. The condo was new, clean, and comfortable. The large living area and kitchen are the perfect place to relax after exploring the beautiful Garden Island. The view of the bay is fantastic from the very private lanai. The local art adds culture and sophistication to the Hawaiian appropriate decor. The owner is prompt, professional, and keeps a beautiful and welcoming condo. Mahalo to Lisa and all the great staff at the Hanalei Bay Resort.
My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old for a couple of nights while we checked out the North Shore of Kauai. The condo is beautiful with so many high-end finishes, and was perfect for the three of us. We loved the views from the porch of the mountains and the resort was very nice. It has similar views to the St. Regis at a fraction of the cost, and without any of the stuffiness of a high-end, posh resort.
My son loved the "rock pool" as he called it with a great area for smaller kids. It was a bit of a walk to and from the unit but it was great exercise and the views were fantastic. We also found the bell service to be very quick if we needed a golf cart to haul luggage or groceries. Thanks Lisa for a great stay!! We hope to be back soon for a longer stay.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We were very pleased with the room and accommodations. Everything was provided and it was tastefully decorated! Only downside was that it was a bit of a trek to get to the beach. Complimentary rides were provided but the staff were not the friendliest so we ended up walking everywhere. However, We were Very pleased with the condo and the whole rental process!
