La maison est agréable, elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, elle se trouve à 30min à pied du centre ville. La proximité de la forêt et des bords du lac sont un plus. Des travaux de voiries ont eu lieu durant toute la semaine de location, à partir de 07h30. Nous aurions aimé être informer de ces nuisances sonores.

Empfehlenswertes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern

Für eine Familie mit 2 Generationen Kinder (Teenager und Studenten) ist das Haus ganz gut geeignet. Gute und sehr ruhige Lage zum Bodensee. Gutes Wohn-Esszimmer mit gemütlichen Stühlen und gutem Fernseher. Das Haus ist eine Mischung aus 60er-Jahre und heute. Das Bad ist etwas zu klein. Die Küche ist gut für Hobbyköche geeignet, allerdings gibt es passend zu den 60ern Goldrandgeschirr, was nicht in die Mikrowelle gehört und auch Gebrauchsspuren zeigt. Auch gibt es deutlich zu wenig normale Wassergläser, dafür schöne Weingläser. Für mich persönlich steht zu viel Nippes in der Wohnung. Als erfahrener Ferienhausbewohner ordne ich das Haus als preislich etwas zu teuer aber trotzdem empfehlenswert ein, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet. Wir würde es wieder mieten.

rumpelig und dreckig

Bettwäsche hat nach altem Schweiß gerochen, Haare im Bett, alter Socken im Schrank, Backofen schmutzig, im Bad keine Handtuchhalter/Ablagefläche/Mülleimer. Nach 2 Tagen Aufenthalt wurden wir gebeten, die Kaffeemaschine zu entkalken. Immerhin: ruhige Lage.
