Great big house- very cozy!
This was the perfect weekend getaway for two families with kids. We went up for 4 days and played board games, explored outside and spent quality time together. There is not much to do in the immediate area, but there are a few supermarkets close by.
The house had plenty of room, two living rooms, several bedrooms with multiple beds so we were more than comfortable. Also, the kitchen has modern appliances and basic necessities, the house was warm enough and clean and there was nothing we needed that we didn't have.
Unfortunately for us it was raining the whole time we were there, but there is a ski center close by for snowy weather and the drive there is beautiful; we would have enjoyed the outdoor activities more if it was not raining so much but that's February weather. We would definitely stay again and hope that the weather cooperates next time!
Will be returning
Roger was an amazing host! He made sure everything was ready when we arrived. Very quick response time to answer an questions.
We spent 3 nights over Christmas here in 2017 and had an amazing time. Roger was very responsive and had the place set up beautiful for our arrival with a Xmas tree and music playing. The setting is perfect with a view over the river from the hot tub and is secluded. Looking forward to returning some day.
Relax, relax, relax
Second time we have rented this property. If you want to unwind and take in some beautiful sights, this is the place. Everything you need is there, and if not, the owner will get it for you. Had a wonderful week there with our whole family.
Great house with scenic view
We really enjoyed our week-long stay on this property. The atmosphere of the home was very welcoming. Roger was a great host who greeted us upon our arrival and was a phone call away in case we needed anything. We really loved the personal touches and knick knacks. The house was large and clean. We also really loved the pool and ping pong tables and the campfire outside. The views outside of the Delaware River were beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place if you want to relax and get away from the city for a while. Hope to come back soon.
Perfect spot with beautiful views!
Loved our stay here. Roger is the best! The house is big enough for everyone to be comfortable and do what they want! We will be back!
